The food and service was as to be expected for a Wendys. It was our first time here as we were passing by on a road trip. We ordered through the drive through and did have to go back in because they forgot the drink for our kids meal and when we stopped to eat we found out we didn't get any sauce for our chicken nuggets.
Food is good but when you go through the drive-thru don't expect any actual respect or common Courtesy or expression, I'd get more expressions from a rock... started to make conversation while handing my payment to twhat was the rudest employee I've ever encountered (have also worked in customer service over 15+ years myself). Hope they just get rid of everyone and rehire, would be a major improvement.
The food was not okay...
The restaurant proceeded to mess up my order of Jr Cheeseburger Deluxe by failing to include several things like lettuce.
In my opinion this is unacceptable as that is what makes the burger juicy and good.
It was very busy when we arrived! Our order came out perfect! The staff seemed happy and worked well together!!
No one in the lobby. And on one take order for me. I was waiting for at least 20 minutes. And the food is worst. Never come back.
We always have a great time dinning in or doing take out, the fries have been so frickin amazing lately!!!!! Keep up great work ????????
No one assisting customers at the counter. Large soda spilled on floor, no one cleaning it up drive up line moves about once every 7 minutes! We could eat at a sit- down restaurant faster than this “fast food” place! What a disgrace!
As crazy as it was in there on this visit, my food was hot and fresh and prepared properly. If you're craving a good breakfast,lunch, or dinner meal, stop by and try it out
