My church came for a quick bite after service. We had a party of about 25. The staff was professional and courtesy. The food was prepared correctly and it was hot and fresh. Thank you Wendy's staff for serving us today. Exceptional Service.
just all around unpleasant to be honest, I enjoy wendys for the saucy nuggets and chili but the customer service could honestly use some major improvement. as a fast food worker i understand the toll it takes on us emotionally and mentally, but you don’t pass that on to customers, it doesn’t hurt to be a little compassionate.
I haven’t been feeling well since I ate from here yesterday. Im having stomach cramps, and nausea it’s been going on since last night. If it don’t get any better by tomorrow morning, I’m going to make an appointment with my doctor. Do better Wendy’s and hire people who actually wants to work and do the job correctly.
I just want to say that I went Saturday October 19th to the location on Raleigh Rd pkwy and the service was amazing. And I hope I spell the names correct but Lorraine, Anthony who I believe was the manager and Nayn were so polite and wonderful. I will be returning soon.Nice to see the smiling faces.
Unless you want to pay to get sick or be treated with an attitude, or get a wrong order - don’t go here.. i NEVER leave reviews but this blew me away… Was literally served a burger with green mold. I’ve sent pictures to a corporate contact. This is not the first time I was provided with sub-par service and given a wrong order. Now I get green molded food?! This is a serious health and safety concern that needs to be addressed.
I haven't been to a Wendy's in about 10 years and won't be going back. No napkins, no straws, no receipt. The chili was mostly broth. They left out food and charged us for it, then told us to come back at a later date to get it...."cause they was closed soon". That's at 10:30 an hour and a half before closing. They also answered the phone "Yo! Raliegh road" and it was the manager?! When I worked places we had standards. You say thanks for calling Wendy's this is (so and so) how can I help you. There's more but yeah, another restaurant ruined by hiring incompetent people. This is most of Wilson now unfortunately. Bojangles and kfc are the same way:(. If you can't even enunciate words or talk to people with a little respect you shouldn't be given a job till you learn how.

When i was finally able to pull over and eat my Single it didnt taste right.
After a few bites i thought I'd share.
Two pickle slices, one onion ring, one itty thin lettuce leaf....NO TOMATOES, no mustard.
SLATHERED in mayo and ketchup. Good melted cheese.
This is the third time this past year i thought Id try again. MAYBE they will get a simple, no additions or subtractions order correct.

You know you'll get bad customer service here. It's just a matter of how they'll do it this time.
Me: Can I have a drink tray?
Wendy's: I dont have any (walks away mad like I'm bothering them).
Sums it up. Just not giving an eff from the operations to the customer service.
