Normally Wendys is great, the new breakfast burrito is not!!! Not only is it falling apart, nothing is melted.
Came through at 730. Small line that wasn’t an issue. Manager on duty was very curt and flustered for not really much of a rush. Really lacked CS skills. No greeting just barking an order total out the window. Other drive through associate acted inconvenienced over providing a drink carrier for 5+ drinks. Had to ask for cutlery and drove off without the sour cream to a sour cream and chives potato. Should have thought to check better. I stop here a lot and this is the worst experience of service and atmosphere I’ve ever had.
Came through the drive-thru at 11PM and was expecting lukewarm fires and a cold spicy chicken sandwich. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Food was fresh and delicious and the workers were very kind. Definitely recommend!
This is the second time my wife and I have stopped here during a trip. Our food has been very fresh and hot both times. This time, our cashier, Ashley, was very hospitable and friendly. Keep up the good work!
I went this morning it was not busy at all I order a bacon and egg biscuit with No cheese , they lady called the order back to me it was correct keep in mind cheese upsets my stomach well I get the order and yea you guessed it cheese on both , I mean honesty I wouldn't even wrote this review if they was busy but they wasn't it was no one in the drive thru so why was my food wrong ?
Hubby got a chicken wrap. It was wrapped perfectly, not every Wendy's takes that much attention to detail. The young lady that took our order was super nice. Food was hot and tasty. The line was long but everyone got served promptly.
Wendy’s is my go to on nights that mom just needs help. Tonight was that night. I ordered 20 nuggets for my kids and unfortunately didn’t get them all. I went inside carrying my bag of lacking nuggets and told the lady working the window. She carried it over to the lady working with her and the other lady started talking very loudly. “What am I supposed todo with this?” Repetitively, she was just slapping at the bag. I get it, you didn’t want the bag back. But also just wanted the food I paid for and was trying to show I was an honest person. Some nights the best crew works. The crew that always gives hot fries and interacts with my kids. Then there’s nights like tonight where the crew is off and apparently just plan rude.
Stopped here for just a drink yesterday. I waited roughly 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Once it was finally my turn to place my order, the young girl working the drive-thru was incredibly rude. There are so many jobs available in this area. If you don't like people, why get a job in customer service? The customers are what keeps these employees in a job. I'm always friendly back to these people because you never know what they have going on and everyone should be treated with kindness, but service at Wendy's has continually been bad at both locations (Canton & Waynesville) lately.
