I was really impressed by this Wendy's. It was modern and the service was excellent.
It looked like a really well run place with a good team environment. Even when there was a bit of tension with one customers order, I noticed that the manager or team leader handled it very well.
We were looking for a quick meal and this place was a nice surprise.
just went there for lunch break and we got back to school to find both of our crispy chicken sandwiches completely raw. i’m glad i took a look at it before biting into it. this is disgusting and could do some serious harm
We just had the best service ever at a Wendy’s! Stacey is amazing and is running circles around the rest of the young staff. Extremely thoughtful and very quick service. She knows her regulars well and takes great care of them as well. If you are looking for good service this is the place to have your next meal. Thank you Stacey for taking great care of the travelers from Michigan!
We drove up to drive thru at 10:35 a.m.gae my order. The cost 15.22. Gave the employee a 20.00. He was busy talking to another order while doing the change. He handed back 4.22 and should have been 4.78. I asked him about it and He became loud and rude. He yelled this was bsic math and what are you doing still here.. I had he change he gave me in my hand. All he wanted to do was insult me.. This is unexceptable and sad. This man needs anger management.
The woman inside is incredibly rude, she kept rolling her eyes and sighing when my son was ordering. She acted is if we were bothering her. She began yelling at a fellow employee about a trash bag. She put the food on the counter with 1 Frosty (Ordered 3) when asked about it, responded "FINE". To top it off they forgot my son's nuggets. 1st and last time at this location. The restaurant was clean and food (what we got of it was fresh) however, order was wrong and attitude was ridiculous
On many trips to this location the tea is always weak as if using the same large tea bag
again for another batch. The senior drink is the regular menu small not the kids drink or frosty small. On this trip I observed the fry cook placing a batch of already cooked fries back into the hot oil to recook/reheat the fries.
I pull up at 10:30 pm. I order 10 spicy nuggets. By the time i pay and get to the 2nd window.. my bag of food is waiting for me. I'm a perfect world this would be great service.. but this isn't a perfect world so it begs the question... how old are these nuggets??? How old is this food your giving me? I honestly don't know... I'm not working fries. HUH??? Did i pull up to 1600 Pennsylvania ave??? This is a pretty snap establishment... it's 10:30 pm.... and there are no customers.. how do you NOT KNOW... I'm sure everyone is just sitting up chatting so HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW... and your HANDING ME FOOD and you can't answer a SIMPLE question that mind you... YOUR SHOULD be able to answer. These be the same ppl demanding 17-18 dollars an hour but never HESITATE to give minimum wage food and service....because 5.29 for 10 rocks in a bag is WILD..... DO BETTER.
My daughter works here. She loves it. Her boss is very understanding and takes interest in her personal life. My Grandson had his 1st interview. He's 15. Joel was nervous but it only lasted 7 minutes. Good Luck. Gramma gave him all the pointers and reviewed ?'s that he might be asked.
