I've had a fantastic experience at Wendy's! The highlight for me was definitely their blueberry pomegranate lemonade—refreshingly unique and perfectly sweet-tart. The crispy chicken was just right, with a delightful crunch and tender inside. And the new saucy nuggs? Absolutely amazing! Bursting with flavor and just the right amount of sauce. I highly recommend giving them a try. Can't wait to come back for more!
I've been hearing so much about their breakfast and finally got to try it.
This particular Wendy's on this morning was no exception as to how phenomenal the gentleman at the drive thru window was. We ordered the Honey butter chicken biscuit and seasoned potato with Simply orange juice. He was so friendly and nice as he took our order. As we approached the window he was smiling and took our ????. A few seconds later he apologized and said he only had 1 biscuit ready at the moment and gave us options to wait (which would have been long) or he said he could do 1 with a sweet bun. We chose the bun.
Few minutes later he walked out to our car and delivered the food advising us he up sized our potatoes.
I was impressed with both service we received as well as the meal. Both biscuit and bun butter chicken were amazing!
If you do get a chance to try it, I promise you won't be disappointed.
The slowest wait times for any restaurant let alone fast food within a 3 hour radius along with multiple mistakes in one order. Reading comprehension & a sense of urgency surely lacks at this establishment.
Had a reasonably priced nice salad with just the right sized dressing. Employees were extremely courteous and polite. Place was moderately clean but it was just after lunch so I will cut them some slack on some of the tables needing a wipe down.
Customer service is very well done. Ive had a fantastic experience at wendys. Highly recommend coming here!!❤️ The lady that takes the front orders, she was very short, she is the most sweetest little girl that has ever took my fast food order and she was very quick! Ive seen her help older people grab their food for them and bring it to the table while i was eating also, she always makes sure the lobby is cleaned and i peep everything i come to this fast food restaurant! Thank you so much Putnam wendys!!! New saucy nuggs out and their so delicious by the way!
This Wendy's really needs new management or corporate needs to step in and get control of the franchise owner who's adversely affecting the brand.
Terrible wait times, rude and untrained staff, I've witnessed arguments and swearing between them, and one time drug use in the parking lot.
This is the only Wendy's in the area which means it has potential to be very busy but they can't seem to hire and train decent people.
I hope things shape up soon. There's really no reason for this place to be operating this way.
Standard fast food. Service counter person was awful. Slow and not responsive or mentally "off". Made me appreciate the touch screen option in other places, which is sad.
There were two people working during a snow day.. we were the only ones there. The girl with the red shirt just kept eyeing us. Dirty looks and never sai be right there. Awful service
