The food was fresh, tasty, and correct. They gave us extra sauce, a coupon for our kids meal, and let my daughter choose her toy. Kenrick deserves a raise. He’s the best fast food cashier I’ve ever had and I’m almost 40. The place was clean. Exactly what you want when you take your daughter out on a girls’ date!
horrible management. it's noon and there's like 1-2 cars every 5 minutes. i ordered a biggie bag, 2 large chillies, and a large fry. they forgot my barbeque sauce, and when i came back around the manager was on the speaker saying with the rudest attitude in the universe talking so fast i couldnt even understand her through their staticy speaker, "we're short staffed right now, only got 2 people on the floor and i can't do everything myself so u gotta come into my lobby" and when i asked her to repeat herself bc it all sounded like pure static, she put on even MORE of an attitude! "did you not understand what i just said??"
anyway, when i came in with my receipt and told them to get my large fry, i see all 3 of them shaking their heads like i just ruined their lives. they didnt even fill the fries up, i ordered a large and it had the amount of like a medium. they STILL forgot my barbeque sauce so now im eating dry nuggets and dry fries. worst dang wendy's ive been to in my life. yall cant act like 3 people isnt more than enough to run the 3 cars that show up every 5 min, im in the parking lot rn and aint nobody even here.
don't take ur short-staffed problem out on me!
forgot to mention they made us wait 10 minutes for the food to come out and it was ice cold when it got to us.

Order is completely wrong, and the wrong food we received was ice cold. Manager was rude/uncaring when called. Seems like everyone hates working there. Bags were taped shut with a receipt showing the correct order. Bag contents where ridiculously wrong. Like they didn't even try.
This was our first ever visit to this restaurant today and as I was supposed to be, I needed some time to think and I had some questions as we are not natives. The lady on the other side of the voice box was kind of rude. Actuality she was really rude. The burgers were great but the service didn't even deserve a star at all.
First time at this location. The guy who took my order was a little over the top in the way he was speaking, which would probably be fun, if he wasn't rude. I had to repeat myself a few times. First, I ordered a number 1, never specified single, double etc. When I told him single after the drink, he said "Ooohhh you said double". I didn't whatever. I ordered a medium frosty too. When I got up there, He took my card, shut the window, and walked away to make a frosty with my card in the machine. I would prefer my card handed back to me. A woman handed me my food. She said nothing. He hands me a small frosty. I asked if this was a medium (since it looked small). He said again, Ohh you said small. I am sure I didn't. So all I said was NO. The women took the small frosty. He goes to make a medium, but half fills it. They had me both frostys. Neither said another word to me. They didn't even give me my receipt. I was curious to see what size I paid for. The food was fine. He did listen when I said just ketchup on the burger. That's the only reason I gave a second star.
Great Wendy’s. Breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh. And another time I had a burger at this location and it was pretty solid. Not the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to but pretty good overall.
Came in at 7/25 around 8pm via the drive thru. Lady that was on the intercom took 10 minutes to get to the speaker and when she finally came on speaker she only said:
"whatchu want”
I said I had a mobile order. Then silence afterwards.
I said after a pause, "do you need my name?" And it was obvious this person was in a bad mood, she snaps back
"how am I supposed to know who the order is for?"
So I told her nevermind I'm good and left for another Wendy's instead.
Customer service should be paramount and I'd assume being able to have a polite conversation should be the bare minimum when it comes to working these jobs. I get that it's Wendy's but I never spoke with this person prior to ordering, I just wanted some food and this was how I was greeted.
Might not be coming back to this one ever again, if I could give a 0 I would. Because that's what I got from them.
This store is the worst Wendy's in the area and has been for years. Doesn't matter what time of day you go there. The employees are completely rude, your order will be wrong 90% of the time, and sometimes they just leave you at the drive thru speaker for up to 20 minutes without a word. The only reason I've gone to this location is because it's the closest to where I live. Now I go out of my way to go to a different location just so I don't have to deal with the consistenly horrible service. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Wendy's location.
