The service was exceptional ????. However, the food itself was definitely not what it was 5 years ago. The beef on the burger was so tough it definitely didn't just come straight off the grill, and the fries were so saturated with oil that they doubled over. However, there is an upside to this .... THE FROSTY WAS GREAT!!! Next time, I'll just order the chili.
The food was fine. My complaint is with the Manager at the store. I was in drive thru and there was a employee washing the drive thru and the Manager came up and started chewing the employee out right in the middle of the drive thru for what sounded like a mistake of a lead or Manager who didn't properly do their job and was blaming the employee. But besides that even if it was the employees fault she should never chew out the employee in front of the customers so loud I could hear every word she was yelling through my car with door closed and windows up. That's very unprofessional! It should always be a private adult conversation in a office away from customers and other employees! I wish I knew her name but I know she's the store manager!
Food is alright, and always has been. I like the baconator fries. They’ve started nickel-and-diming customers to death charging 30 cents per sauce which is just petty. Taco Bell down the street will let you grab 40 sauces without batting an eye.
I go to this location very often and have never had an issue but the last few times I went the lady taking the orders and took my complaint was so very rude! I called about my order being wrong and she insisted I was wrong and today again very rude and she knew it was me (small town) and made my meal terrible wirh burnt fries ???? and I asked for tomato and lettuce and there is the smallest end of a tomato??? I ordered a #1 a double. ? I can't even go back here because I'm afraid of the service and my food ??? I'm so disappointed
Wendy's is far too expensive for how crappy the food is. It would be different if the food was better or they had great deals on the app which could lower the price to a comfortable level but they don't.

Went yesterday morning and got a maple bacon chicken croissant with extra honey butter and it had very little honey butter and it was so hard I couldn't eat it so I called and Gail told me I could come back and get a replacement so the next morning I go to get it replaced and make another order and the guy taking my order couldn't get it right so I had to repeat myself 7 times and I ordered a sweet tea and after repeating myself 7 times I got an unsweet tea and my maple bacon chicken croissant still has no honey butter and is rock hard way to loose business Wendy's in neosho is nasty we won't be back
Before I write this, I just want to say I work in fast food and I understand mix ups. But this is just really upsetting. I have food allergies and tend to eat what I'm used to because I know it's not going to harm me. And I usually get a BIG BACON CLASSIC DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER. All I asked for was the burger nothing else. And they gave me a BIG BACON CHEDDER instead. I was understanding and went back in after I had unwrapped the burger to see something else. They gave me the new burger and a frosty for the mix up and I went back home... JUST TO SEE THAT THEY GAME ME THE SAME THING WITH BEEF INSTEAD. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding my allergies and it makes me so sad and upset when something like this happens. This hasn't happened to me with this store before but this is frustrating. I just want to eat something.
