Just ordered takeout not too long ago and all of my burgers(3 jr cheeseburgers and 1 son of baconator) were cold so i had to get them reheated then when i got home the 3 jr cheeseburgers looked like they were made in a rush because there was a big piece of tomato and lettuce in 1 of them and the other two were just plastered with sauce but what was worse is the smell coming from them that made me gag so i just ended up throwing them away also my fries and nuggets were close to cold pretty much too but thats only 1 problem. The 2nd problem is how the people in the kitchen are working there with no gloves at all touching everything with their bare hands, i bet none of them even know what a hair net is! Never order from wendys they are disgusting even their burger buns look like it was pulled out from the deep fryer with all that grease on it
It would have been a nice breakfast if we didn't have to wait 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich because they were on their phones laughing. We were the only people in the place. A manager would have been nice
I just want to leave a good review. I had a really hard day today and I’m always polite in a drive through. I used to work as a fast food employee myself. The two people working the drive through around 530 today 07/08/2024 were so Amazing and deserve a raise. They were so sweet and kind to me and I left the drive through with tears. The little bit of kindness they showed me was more than they know. I was the girl in the silver Toyota. Please stay being yourselves. You deserve so much and I can feel your hearts even working a job that may not be the best sometimes. I never leave reviews but they deserve it. Really made me think different of people today in the best way possible.
Cold Bacon jr cheeseburger, fries were warm and black , no drink machine wasn't working .
I'm trying to doordash but I guess they want their line wrapped around the building and multiple people pulling off and losing business. Must be why the doors were locked early... And on a Saturday is crazyyyyy. I'm sure your area supervisor, GM and corporate love that. I've been a manager in multiple fastfood places and closing the lobby early does absolutely nothing to help get out early
Worst Wendy's experience ever. After waiting forever in the drive through, with only one person in front of me, they gave me something completely different from what I ordered, which I of course did not discover until I got home. Tried to call and complain and they DO NOT answer the phone at all. Will never go to this Wendy's again.
My grandson was the one eating so Im posting his views on the food. The counter person did not smile or even tell us our food was ready. The place was full of smokey like fog. All in all not too bad.
Horrible ordered from the app and was missing food. I called the store they said to call door dash even if I ordered on Wendy's app. I asked for the managers name they hung up on me. I called back they hung up on me again. So I went to the store and glad I didn't get my food the manager was dirty. Floor had food all over it they had to huddle to figure out their name I wish I could post the video. Don't say I didn't warn you
