Went to pick up an order I made on the app that had been giving me issues to start. After an hour of struggling with the app I was able to place my order only for the person that works at the Wendy’s giving me attitude saying there was no order placed. After she took her time to refresh the screen she realized she was wrong and went to get my order started only to end up giving me food that had been sitting out for a while the patties where not even the right size for the burger the burger was poorly put together the fries where cold and flimsy. We spent 18 dollars in total and couldn’t even eat a quarter of my burger. Do better Wendy’s I understand y’all hate y’all job (I heard them complaining about the customers) but don’t make the customer hate your job too. I won’t be spending my money at this location any more.
This is the grilled pretzel bacon hub and hot honey grilled chicken. I think the first sandwich, is all right, the sauce I think overpowers flavor of bacon and chicken. Overall, something about it, the flavors are not the best ones to mix with each other. I actually thought it was too much. I wouldn’t get that one again.
On the other hand the hot honey grilled chicken, is good. Hot honey of course is not suppose to have a big kick to it, so this sandwich is good. Because of the chips, bacon and chicken the honey is not really detected. You can’t really taste it. It’s a good sandwich though. Better than the pretzel hub.
I just bought a pineapple frosty. First off no chocolate frosty so I bought a medium pineapple frosty which is a squirt of pineapple syrup paid $3.02 and got a small. I went to drive off and there were black specks in my frosty so I backed up and asked about It and the cashier sad it was from the chocolate and I sad y’all were out of chocolate then said it was from the syrup. Then I asked was this a medium and she said no you paid for a small. I told her I ordered a medium and the person who took my order repeated that I ordered a medium so I said ok whatever and drove off. Then tasted the frosty which was horrible. I will never order there again.
I usually go to this location because it's near my house or on my way to literally anywhere I go. Today was more disappointing than usual (they never get my sandwich right). There was an ant in the wrapper with my son's burger (which was made wrong), and my #6 was not made as I had ordered it, even though I specified twice what I wanted. The cashier was rude and seemed very bothered to have to take my order. To top it off, the soda from the fountain tasted like dirt - the filter needs changing badly.
Went for breakfast at the South Cross, San Antonio location and it was great!...food was delicious, freshly made and the service was amazing. The restaurant was very clean and the lady welcoming customers is extremely nice. Definitely recommend.
Isaiah at drive thru was rude for no reason. Maybe he was having a bad day. Idk, leave your problems at the door or talk about it in a nice manner. I won't come back. I literally had to cancel my order because I didn't trust him with my food.
Went to Wendy's for the chocolate frosty but all they had was vanilla. It was gross. Too many bubbles in it. And their jr bacon cheeseburger should be renamed to a mini bacon cheeseburger since the tomatoes were bigger than the bun. Not enough quantity for the quality.
Good quick meal. 4 For $4 is always my go to. Bacon Pub Fries were good but not much cheese and looked nothing like picture. Only reason not five stars Frosty machine was down.
