half of my chicken nuggets were stuck together. when i peeled them apart there was weird white goo on them/in them. my fry’s were cold and almost stale like. i got the food extremely quick the workers do not seem to care about customers.
Arrived the morning and 10:00 am. I'm glad they were open. The cashier was friendly and my food was available very quickly. The breakfast sandwich was wrapped nicely as well. The dining room was clean and organized. The bathroom needed cleaning a bit.
The food was fresh, my order was correct and they didn't hesitate to place my order for my junior Frosty using my Frosty tag. The line moved quickly and this location was easy to access from the highway, enabling a quick stop that adds very little time to one's travels.
Super busy but I understand that the problem I have is that no one asked this man to leave and come back with shoes he even ate in the dining room he had his bare feet up on the chairs. I'm guessing it's because he knew the lady behind the counter but still for a food service establishment absolutely unacceptable.
My brother and I came here for lunch and when i got to the counter to order our food the host April was very disrespectful and rude. I told her thank you and she rolled her eyes and walked away. I then get my food and my fries were cold and my spicy nuggets were stale. My brother was with me and we both wanted to eat in the dining area which we told her and she still put our food in a bag so when my brother grabbed a tray she said "I don't understand why people need these trays" in a very snobby voice. I have never had such a bad service here!
Good thing it's right by a hotel so that works out for the guest The bad news is I hope for those on their way to work aren't in a hurry cuz service is slow The sandwich I got was only warm which was surprising since I had to wait going to guess breakfast is not there go to service anyway sticking to the rivers and the streams that I'm used to that means McDonald's and Starbucks
Looked like a newly remodeled location. The menu was upscale, and the prices were about $2 for a very small, cute Frosty. The service was incredibly slow. Food was tasty. Garlic fries had a great flavor but were not crispy as they serve them in a plastic tray.
This Wendys is terrible. Walked in at 9:38pm on 7/31/23. Guy took our order and immediately said "to go". We said "for here". He said he could sell us "to go" orders. He has to start cleaning at 9:30pm and no one is allowed in the dining room. We brought up the fact it says they are open until 11pm. He said no. 10pm and drive thru is until 11pm. Ok. Again. It's 9:38pm and we have to eat our food in the parking lot. I should also add. The guy standing in line behind us decided he would just leave and not order anything because the worker was so rude. We take our food. Walk over to Sheetz across the street and begin to eat on their patio. Open the ghost pepper chicken sandwich I ordered. It's a regular chicken sandwich with mayo. No tomato. No fried onions, no cheese, etc. I would say one of the worst Wendys I have ever dealt with.
