Got our food fast, hot and most importantly. It was correct.

This crew never wants to work. The dining room STAYS closed. 3x in a row I came here with my toddler, just for them to say the dining room is closed because they’re lazy. Yall deserve every bit of minimum wage lmao
I wish I could give ZERO stars. I waited in line so long that I was able to place my order by the time I arrived at the speaker. Before I could get to the drive thru window one of the employees had his head out of the window directing every car that approached to pull into a parking spot. As directed, I pulled into a parking spot. The employee brought my food, and the order was terribly messed up. I was missing food, drinks, and the sauces for the nuggets were wrong. The worst part was the employee making me feel like I did not order the items that were missing. He went back in to retrieve the missing items. Another employee brings out the drinks with an even worse attitude. I get home and I was still missing parts of my order. It was a complete mess!
☆DO NOT EAT HERE☆ I repeat, do not eat here. If you want to be sick to your stomach with food poisoning, then by all means, go ahead, but I assure you that you can go to cookout and get better food WITHOUT the vomiting that comes along side it. Recently, I chose to eat here and very quickly after I became violently ill. After a couple of days mulling it over with my husband, we agreed that every single time we have eaten at this specific Wendy's he has gotten sick- but never did we put the dots together until this last time when *I* was the unfortunate victim. I will be reporting this business to the health department and the CDC, it is astounding they have not been shut down already. On top of all of this, their workers are beyond rude and act like you owe them something for their own choice to work at a fast food restaurant.
How do you have 2 ppl working the drive-thru 4 ppl standing around the fries 3 ppl in line, which 1 who wasn't with our party had already been waiting over 8 minutes. We heard an employee ask if one of the ppl in the drive-thru whom just walked passed all of us if he planned to take our orders. He stood boldly in all his "Light skinned Glory" and shook his head NO! All of us stood there in disbelief, and then all of us turned and walked out. I would never step foot in there again, especially when it was only 2 cars in the drive-thru. I'm a store manager in customer service myself, but this was completely ridiculous! Worse experience ever!
It took over 10 minutes to prepare three double stacks and a small fry. When they came out they were cold and undercooked I assumed because they were trying to rush because they forgot about them or something. It wasn't even busy one person at the checkout counter maybe two in the Drive-Thru. Do better
Beyond annoyed. Order food through the mobile app and went to pick it up. Not only did they get my order wrong twice, they did nothing to correct it. Got home to still find missing items. They over stuffed the bag and caused it to rip and then didn’t replace the items. They’re rude. They don’t pick up the phone. I’m not going to continue to drive back and forth for the same order they can never get correct. Do better.
