Best late night Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Clean, staff is friendly and accommodating. Best part, my order came out correct and these are some of the best tasting fries I’ve had in a very long time from any fast food place.

Today 07/03/2024, while dining IN, I approached the Counter and asked the Gentleman for three(3) packs of Mayonnaise, he proceeded to hand me 2 packs, I said sir May I have 1 more pack, He Replied, and I QUOTE " There's 2 packs , that's enough " I replied I'll buy the Mayonnaise, I asked How much is it, at that Moment he Proceeds to give me that extra pack. ( ALL THIS INCONVENIENCE AND UNACCEPTABLE ATTITUDE OF THE MANAGER, I asked him his name , he replied DIEGO. ( DIEGO, Mayonnaise are FREE FOR CUSTOMERS)
- THERE ARE SEVERAL SURVEYS ABOUT THIS SAME MANAGER DIEGO SOME INCLUDE HIS PICTURE (IMAGE) MEANING THERES A RECURRING ISSUE WITH DIEGO. " IF THE OWNERS OF THIS FRANCHISE DONT MIND.. WENDYS CORPORATION " TRULY DOES:
The food from this store wasn’t bad. The drive through experience was rather quick and was easy. The only thing I would say is that the worker had headphones in and asked me to repeat myself a lot. We got our food to go. I got a spicy chicken sandwich which was tasty. Then we got a grilled chicken sandwich, and chicken nuggets. These two were also good and had a decent taste. We all got combos and the fires that were inside each order were very cold and stale. And lastly for dessert we each got a frosty which is good like always. Overall 7/10

This is the worst fast food experience I have ever had. I could not understand the man at the drive through and had to repeat my order numerous times and it still wasn’t right. So I parked my car and went inside. I waiting about 10 minutes to get helped inside while there wasn’t a line.
I then had to wait a very long time for the food to come. While waiting I watched as nobody in the kitchen wore gloves while preparing food. All in all the experience took over 30 minutes. I believe they were very understaffed, but it is still
Unbelievable as nobody seemed like they were in a rush.
The go to place for those with kids and do not want the M fast food chain. This location was updated with the newer decore and tables. Staff was friendly but as with other locations in Miami, be patient with the staff as english might not be the primary language.
Food quality was on par with the chain and is the reason we keep coming back to Wendy's for a quick bite on the road. Salads were fresh and well loaded up to keep up the quality.
So I ordered online a bacon and egg sandwich and instead what I got was a cheeseburger. So I parked my car got out went in told the guy and he said there’s the egg and I said where and he pointed to the cheese and I said where’s the egg and he said oh that’s cheese and I said yes that’s cheese. That’s why I came in here because there’s no egg. So then instead of giving me a breakfast egg sandwich that I wanted, he literally gave me a little slab of egg that’s right he literally gave me a little slab of egg. I guess to put in the sandwich myself. This on top of the fact that he gave me the coffee without any cream or sugar as usual I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get a sandwich correct in an order I’ve learned never to drive away from a drive-in window again without checking the order down to the last detail I don’t care how long it takes the work ethic and incompetence of this guy here at Wendy’s is unbelievable
Went here post workout to get food. I noticed they have a new bacon store type sandwich bourbon bacon sandwich where you can get a double. Anyway it looks pretty good. I guess those are onion rings inside the sandwich. Maybe more gluten friendly sandwiches with gluten free bun (you don’t have to eat the bun) . Also the chicken nuggets are breaded. Straight grilled or ‘naked’ would be better. But I do recommend
