Had to verify the location, ensure that this was in response to my experiences at the Fredonia/ Dunkirk location. first of all is fairly newly remodeled (as in within the last 5-10 years) so it has still maintained an efficiently clean establishment. My interactions with employees have always (pretty sure I can say that) been enjoyable, at least, not negative! Most of the employees that I speak with have to be patient (I have three young boys) and understanding - which they've always seemed to have been. Thank you! PS. They have one of those newer drink dispensers where you can choose literally any flavor anything.... Yeah. Check it out ????????????
Staff disorganized and wrong orders going out window! Inside was crowded with everyone waiting for their order! Burger was cold! Told they had no coffee, baked potato's or ketchup! Beverage machine was out of ice! Table's were dirty! Staff unapologetic.
All workers were on there phone. Nobody was paying attention to the window, there was one girl in there doing everything herself, quite a good job I must say. Though nobody gave us are change, or our food, and she had to ask us twice if they gave it to us yet. Everyone but her just sat around awkwardly.
Just stopped in at 5:30 p.m. I was the only one in line and still waited 5 minutes for no one to take care of me so I left. So much for fast food with the people working these days. Get a real manager at these places please
I don't typically like fast food in general, however this Wendy's is just horrible. My dad and I got there around 10 PM... And we were trying to get a fast dinner so we could continue driving... We ordered and it took them about 5-10 minutes to make our two burgers.
We got two sodas and they are flat with no ice, so we asked if they could try to fix it and all they did was add more flavoring, which if I'm being honest made it flatter then the flat earthers think the earth is.
And oh the Fry's, they were not cooked, and most of them were freezing cold.
So I don't recommend, if you want Wendy's, go somewhere else. It would seem that none of the "Staff" know what they are doing.
At this Wendy's... Even Dave Thomas wouldn't eat here
It's crazy when your only the 3rd customer in line but have to wait over 25 minutes to get to the counter to pick up an order you made online. Since they don't put it inside the carryout box that it's designed for
Used drive through. Glad we checked order. Missed sandwich and wrong drink.
i ordered wendy’s delivery last night around 11. i ate my food and it was alright. then at 5 am i woke up horribly nauseous and threw up everywhere. i hate yall for making me sick its finals week.
