My son and I placed a drive through order and this was the full on my “large” fry. Both fry containers were equally skimpy and we didn’t receive a receipt to make a call about it. We waited extra long too, which we had hoped meant fresh fries, but my fries had a couple fresh on top on the rest were cold and brown.
Once again...stay away. Every 6 months I give business another chance. This is the 5th time for the second chance...DON'T EAT HERE. I ordered a Baconator Meal. Baconator was cold and tasted stale. The bun stuck to the hamburger patties like they were an hour old. The meat didn't seemed cooked either. I could only eat about a third of the Baconator before I couldn't take anymore. It was so nasty. My 3 items plus a soda were already waiting before I paid...so...I'm guessing I got some old order. My continued recommendation is to go to the Wendy's at Garden of the Gods and Chestnut.
Tried to get an interview here because they were "hiring". The first interview I came to I was told I wouldn't be interviewed because they were overstaffed even though my interview had been scheduled for a week. Before my second interview (for a different position), I called before I went and tried to ask if I'd be interviewed this time, had to call back because the manager was busy, when I called back the manager completely blew me off and told me she was "busy on her lunch" and hung up on me. Do not apply here!
Prices on the order board at drive through are not what customer is actually charged. small frosty is $1.29 on board and $1.49 on register. Manager said there was nothing she could do. After I cancelled the order the manager told me to leave and never come back. I went through the drive through again to get a photo of the cost discrepancy. Stopped at the window to get the owners contact number. Manager refused and told me to leave her window. Shouted at me several times. I took a photo of her. Finally closed window. I have reported this to the Wendy's customer care.
UPDATE: Heard back from store manager. Very civilized response complete with apology. Prices have been updated, employee (not manager) was reprimanded. Actual manager offered to treat me to a frosty. I may give this another try.
The staff were really friendly, one was cleaning the dining room (and thoroughly, i might add, always nice to see) and the other working the grill and drive thru made sure i had fresh fries. Great service.
Order spicy party pack nuggets, received regular. When i asked the guy about it he said no those are spicy and kept walking. Not a huge deal but cmon the service could be better and I got a refund through the app. Free nuggets on their mistake!
Spent $40 on cold food. When I called to complain, the guys argued they dropped the fries fresh— along with the meat. Repeatedly. I will agree the meat is definitely “fresh” though.. I think mine moo’d at me. One star because my sprite was lit.???? Thanks Wendy’s.????????
Food at the fillmore location has just went downhill! Cold and stale is the headline here. Great service just sub par food. Sad cause that was my favorite location for some time
