The lady who checked us out was very nice as i had my 8 grandkids. One of the ladies working the window looked at us and said “oh lord”.! It is a treat for our grandkids to go anywhere out to eat! They were not rowdy, or loud but i thought very well behaved. I did not appreciate the comment and the look. We’ve always liked coming here but not again
They handled our large group of teenagers like champs! First time having the Salted Carmel Frosty and it was good. Thanks for the good food and fast, friendly service!
Door was hard to open. A young lady customer saw me struggling, and came to my aid. When I told the employee at the register I struggled with the door and it needed to be fixed, because being disabled is hard enough, it shouldn't be harder to spend money in his establishment, he acted like I was bothering him. Needless to say, I won't be back.
This Wendys was amazing compared to any we'd been to in years! They accept the app which, yes it's true some don't and that's wrong! The manager has the flow of customer service, taking orders and orders ready, down! He was polite and upon leaving thanked us for coming!
August 7th 2024 8:15 p.m. show up I have a three drink order nobody greets me they don't offer me a cup holder you know I got three drinks I'm a single person in the car basically throws the food at me doesn't tell me to have a good day doesn't say anything else just shuts the door in my face need better management or better training or both
I'd say management should be ashamed of the way they run this location, but let's be honest, the only managing going on is this store somehow managing not to get shut down by corporate. Last time I visited, I waited for 10 minutes at the drive through order station before pulling up to the window to see if anyone was working. They were open, sure enough, they just weren't bothering to take drive-through orders. Tonight, exhausted and out of time to cook, I went and the food was atrocious. Let's disregard the fact that the drive through worker didn't say a single word to me, failing even to tell me my total as she took my card. Back to the food - here's a picture of my cold and insanely salty, inedible fries - if they mixed in cardboard from the box, I probably wouldn't be able to tell! Not to mention the dry, room-temperature burger.
I usually don't go Karen mode on here, but if you're going to flip burgers for $15 an hour to make your living, at least take some pride in it. Every restaurant has their difficulties right now, but this store lacks leadership.
Ordered two burgers: one with cheese and one without cheese. Received burgers with cheese on both.
In the same order we asked for 10 nuggets with honey bbq sauce and received 5 nuggets with honey bbq and 5 with garlic Parmesan.
While my cheeseburger was OK, the fries I received were neither hot nor crispy. Also it looks like they dumped a small package of fries and a large container called and called it good. Plus, they were extremely salty! Not great. Confusing one-way parking lot, too.
