I went through the drive-through tonight around 5:45 p.m. and ordered two burgers and a salted caramel frosty. The young lady working the cash register was very professional and kind. The food was delicious. I'll definitely be back, and I hope the young lady gets the recognition she deserves. I'm a type 1 diabetic, and I was having a low, so when I called the manager to give them props, I hope my message was clear enough. Thank you for making our stressful Christmas shopping trip less stressful.
It took forever to get waited on. I ordered no cheese and they gave me double cheese. I can't have cheese. The food was barely warm. The fries had been recooked and were so gross. The ice machine had green slime on it, so it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while.
We ate here again hoping we could choke it down but the burgers were barely edible. They had been cooked and reheated, the patties were tough on the edges and soggy in the middle. Worst Wendy’s meal I’ve had in my life
We go there all the time. Not after today. Service at ordering was rude. Burgers were very dry. Probably been sitting a while. Fries had been sitting then put back in fryer to heat up. All tables were dirty. Won't be back.
I was in the Drive-Thru on 4-11 @10:15 & they waited on a the customer in front of me .I watched the customer leave sat there for a little bit and said" hello anybody there, nicely" and was ignored. I even drove up to the window and was ignored by this person. I drive back by and they're waiting on two other cars. This person chose to ignore me along with another person that was there working they were not busy. It's very clear in one of the pics closest to the drive-thru window that person knows I'm sitting outside the drive-thru still ignoring me
Is it not against the law to not accept cash... window worker said they won't accept $100 but they aren't allowed to have sticker because it's not wendys policy. The management needs to invest in marker for bills. They are cheap!
Everything was good once I got it, but don't be taking any large bills to use cause they will not accept them. They will send you away with no lunch!
another sub par experience. this place was on the way back up for a while , but not anymore.
Burger was way over cooked or old and recooked .. new promo sandwich had very little sauce. fries were horribly oversalted .
