The staff are very helpful and friendly. But our food wasn’t hot enough and bacteria built up and me and my wife had upset stomachs the whole night. Got a slight case of food poisoning. Ima Chef so I know the temps, I have been cooking for 34 years. Make the food to order! Don’t make it and let it sit.
Window sign states "Small Frosty $1" I asked for my food at drive-thru and added a small frosty. I ask4ed for a receipt because it seemed a bit high.
I was charged regular price for th4 frosty.
I was old it's too late to ask now, it's already run up.
I complained tp manager, he said sorry, corporate mandate, sign says you have to ask when ordering. See attached photo, does not state that. See also link from online ad, noyhing about asking for $1 price: https://posts.gle/ng5EGT
I love this Wendy’s. So many other ones have made me ill but here the food is always fresh and the drive through is wicked fast. The Dave’s Single and the Dave’s Double are really great fast food cheeseburgers! Good fish sandwich when they have them seasonally too.
Staff was extremely professional and very nice!! We will be back all the time!!
This location is actual sh*t. I have ordered here multiple times since moving to the area and not once have I gotten my order made correctly. I just ordered A pub chicken sandwich and there was no chicken to be found. In the past i’ve ordered baconator fries and gotten a literal empty container. Oh and both times they refused to remake my order, or refund my money. I have never experienced fast food this bad in my life. And quite frankly as a past McDonalds employee, I can confidently say this is the worst managed and staffed wendys out there. If I could rate this a 0 I would. Save yourself the time and go to Burger King across the street. Sad excuse for a business.
Thought the service was quick and friendly. They even help my order while I ran to the restroom. Sorry I put 2 stars, that was DEFINITELY an error. Thank you WENDY’S for reaching out.
