I stopped in for a late lunch. The place was clean.
The food was hot & fresh. The staff I interacted with were friendly & professional. I highly recommend if you are taking a late lunch.
I like the busier than usual with no customers.
Ice cold sausage muffin. The woman tried to over charge me. She didn't know the menu I guess. Pitiful.

Food was super hot and fresh and the location was speedy! I was genuinely pleased with how kind the people were through the drive thru window. Would come back to this location again.
This is the best Wendy's around our area, by far. Very friendly, fresh food, and just a great crew to do business with. And they all speak perfect English, too!!! The manager is a class act, as well.
Love this Wendy's the store is always clean and people food service fast yet always fresh as promised. And the best thing about this store is the Manger she has been that store Manger for 10years.
About as sketch and trashy as you can get in Bloomington normal. Will lie and say your card declined to avoid line/busy situations. Understaffed, and staff that is there look and act straight out of prison
Went to this location, 3/26/24. Paid and everything, they had us pull up away from the window. Waited 20 to 30min for 2 biggie bags???? Then we look in the bag and this geniuses forgot our fries!☹ Had to wait a few extra minutes after going inside. Just annoying situation to have when ur hungry. The spicy nuggets were delicious but not worth the wait.
I visited this Wendy's twice in two weeks, and the food was cool and not even hot. Disappointed in food service. They must get better. I ask for no onions, and it seems like they gave me the whole onion. Threw the sandwich away. I ordered a $7 Biggie bag.
I bought another $7 biggie bag, nuggets cold, fries hard, cold & uneatable; this has happen twice to me at this Wendy's location; I asked for barbecue sauce and got ranch dipping sauce; this one of the worst fast food I have ever visited. I would not go back until they change Management and serving fresh food.
