Wendy’s: Where Even the Frosty is a Chill Pill
Wendy’s, oh Wendy’s, where the burgers are so fresh they practically moo, and the fries are seasoned like they’ve been to a spa day. If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to have a food coma before 3 PM, Wendy’s is your answer.
Let’s start with the Frosty. It’s like a milkshake had a baby with a soft-serve ice cream cone and then put on a pair of shades and said, “I’m too cool for this heat.” I’m convinced it’s a secret potion that keeps you coming back for more, even if your stomach is waving a white flag.
And those burgers? They’re so hearty they could be a meal plan for a small army. If you’re ever feeling down, just remember that Wendy’s puts more love into their patties than your last relationship.
Also, the chili. If you need a dish that warms the soul and makes you question how a spoon can become a best friend, Wendy’s chili has you covered. I swear it’s the only thing that can turn a bad day into a plot twist worthy of a soap opera.
In summary, Wendy’s is where calories don’t count, napkins are optional, and you leave wondering if fast food has a Ph.D. in making you happy. If you haven’t been, what are you even doing with your life?
WOW… I was impressed with the quickness of the mobile order, how quickly the line of cars moved through, the correctness of my orders and the actual number of extras per my requests were present. It’s been a very long while since my orders came out right for once, and I’ve patronized various Wendy’s locations and this location has been the best and their quantities closely resembles what they advertise in pictures. I gave them a 4 star atmosphere vs no stars per their exterior, as this was a mobile order and I didn’t get to see the inside.
My fries were cold. My hamburger was greasy all over my shirt. Just sloppy work fingerprints of ketchup and stuff on the outside of the packaging. Just not caring
Wendy's Kirkland does its part to keep the quality of Wendy's at the top of the drive in food restaurants. The hambugers are delicious and the salads are on par with any sit down restaurant. The parking lot is large and you have a corresponding walk to and from the restaurant. We enjoyed our food and experience. It's not Burger master, but it is priced right for high quality dining...that has chili and baked potatoes on their menu.
When your order is ready they'll set the tray on the counter and then walk away without saying a thing. My food was sitting on the counter for 20 minutes before I realized it was probably mine. They won't even put a receipt on it so you can verify it yourself. Witnessed this happening to everyone waiting for food. This is the second time I've been here in the last month and it happened that time too.
Don't come here unless you want rude customer service and cold food.
Can't tell if my they are open or not. No displayed hours, auto answer on when you pull up through the drive thru so they seem open. Workers are inside but all ignored me. Had to look up the hours online since they aren't displaying them on the window, found out they were closed for another 15 minutes. They should put a cone in the drive thru so you can't drive in, turn off the auto answer in the drive thru, display the hours on the window like every other business is mandated to do, and last but not least, don't ignore the person in the drive thru, just inform them that you don't open until a certain time.
Floors are sticky, restrooms are trashed, toilet seat fell off toilet, they seem to not know how to replace toilet paper/ paper towels. Our food was never called out when it was ready. they left it sitting on the counter for 30 min until I went up to ask.
I went to Wendy's today I ordered chili baked potato Caesar side salad and picked up some Christmas gifts at the same time Wendy's has $2 frosty coupons that last for the entire year so you buy one and you get frosty's for the rest of the year free of charge with this key ring thing. I guess it's good it gets people back into Wendy's to order food
