This is the worst Wendy’s in the lower 48. Don’t ever eat here. Don’t expect them to do anything right at all. Did you want ketchup for your fries? Too bad, they don’t care. Napkins to use while you eat in the car, don’t worry there won’t be any in the bag. I’m still trying to figure out why they asked what kind of sauce I wanted for the nuggets, because when it came time to put one in the bag, they didn’t care at all. Even after the up-charge to a large drink, turned out not really get me anything, as there was no straw to drink it with anyways. All of the employees at this Wendy’s should find a new job, customer service does not exist in any form at this Wendy’s.
Waited at the drive through at 12:15 for 5 minutes. They advertise open midnight or later . And on the app and Google they say they close at 1am. Circling the window I was able to see employees just relaxing and chillin. Yup. Imagine that
Awful fries and terrible customer service. It was 11:30, they close at 1am. I complained that the fries were cold and the guy working took them back, and handed some more fries back like 10 seconds later, saying "here you go boss" and they were about a degree warmer and hard. As I was writing this complaint, he asked what was going on and I said they were hard. He took them back again and handed me stale fries that had been quickly dropped into the oil. He asked if I wanted to park and wait for some fries. I'd rather just never go back. The burger was old, too.
Honestly one of the only good places to go for fast food. Sometimes their soda freestyle machine is down but its fixed up real soon. Love me some Aruba Jam Sprite. Burgers and chicken are usually great and the staff is really great.
I arrived at 10:30 pm. Bad service. I asked for two lemonades and he gave me two waters. I politely repeated that I asked for two lemonades and he insulted me by cursing. What is my fault that he doesn't like his job? He can stay at home and leave the job to someone who does.
Usually wendys is good I went at 11:30pm and just wanted a drink but was told that they weren't taking orders. They're open until 1am so not sure why they couldn't do it.
I arrived at 6:15 , wanted to order breakfast! The women stated my system is down, I can not take any orders. I heard her counting money. This is not the first time this location has had issues!! You lose business every day!!
Rude service at the drive-thru window. My order was missing items. Take your attitude to the person who took my order, please.
