I have limited options working overnight . I know I shouldn’t be picky due to fast food chains quality. But I bought a grilled chicken wrap. My wrap was poorly maneuvered. Chicken was hard as if it sat out. I switched out a salad for a wrap the day before and didn’t get my refund. It’s tough to be on a diet at this hour . But allow me to mess my own food up. Don’t give me the courtesy of doing it for me.
Every single time this place doesn't get an order rite. I order a croissant egg n sausage and got this shitty thing on a soggy bun, also ordered a Pepsi that they made me pull up to wait for it and then gave me a flat wild cherry Pepsi which was mixed. Id give y'all a 0 if I could and I'm taking my business elsewhere, I've given this place a to many chances and have gotten horrible food and a waste of my money.
Food came out hot and fast. Staff were super nice awesome experience. Got the salted caramel frosty
Health hazard and you would think they would have seen this fly on my burger bun. NEVER EATTING HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!
Ordered my son a happy meal and when he went to eat it, it was stale. The bread was hard as a rock and the French fries weren't much better. They literally tasted like they sat all day, needless to say that was a waste of money cause it ended up in the trash where it belonged in the 1st place.
Went through drive-thru, ordered lunch, paid at windows, my change was 28 cents and cashier only gave me a quarter, I politely asked for the correct change and he literally threw another quarter through the windows at me. The manager then yelled to the cashier,"tell him he owes you 22 cents".
The manager saw the entire thing and encouraged her employee, rather than reprimanding or terminating him.
Wendy's just forfeited a customer to wokeness.
The wait time was horrible.
Paid for a Baconator & got a regular cheeseburger ???? instead.
Got serviced by some Rude , miserable people.
Atmosphere was horrible everyone seemed angry & annoyed to serverd me..
Kind of pointless reviewing fast food restaurants since it can be a hit or miss. Definitely more bad than good at this Wendy's. Drinks, food, straws, sauces forgotten. If you can name it, it's been forgotten. Once they gave me the wrong drinks. Diet Coke Vanilla has the same color as regular Diet Coke, so I can't tell until I get home, especially when the drink isn't for me. Once I got two large meals and asked for sauce, and they gave me only one sauce cup. How are two people supposed to share one little sauce cup between two large fries?
