We stopped for a quick snack for ourselves and our granddaughter. The drive-thru wasn't the fastest option as we waited for a good amount of time. Once at the window, it didn't take long to get our food. The fries were hot and fresh, so we opted to not give any to the little one until they cooled off.
Overall, a decent experience.
Always during lunch rush, the drive thru long line goes by fast and if you order inside it is a 10min wait per customer. If you ordered to go, by the time you get your food..all new cars or no cars are in line..They need front counter help maybe the manager can step in sometimes
Prices are absurd. A spicy chicken sandwich, 1 double stack, 1 container of chili, 1 sm and 1 lg Frosty cost $18. Won't go back for a long time. McD's across the street is always busier.
We’ve recently moved from Fleming Island to a new house on the west side and to say we miss this location is an understatement. From service to food they delivered quality every time and were always pleasant. Always had what we wanted available and were always efficient. From breakfast to lunch, to dinner it didn’t matter they were always amazing. Each worker is accommodating, speedy and efficient and we appreciate all their hard work.
Same hours old, heat lamp hot bad food, new inflated prices. Almost $25 for two spicy chicken combos.. Save your money and eat somewhere else
I walked in on Sunday afternoon and the restaurant had multiple flies buzzing around the register. I pointed this out to the worker who just kind of shrugged her shoulders. Then I noticed one was buzzing inside the cookie container sitting on the counter. I told her she should throw those cookies out immediately. But nothing happened. I canceled my order and walked out. The health department seriously needs to inspect this place!
Nice Wendys with friendly and attentive staff. Food was good as usual with most Wendys we have gone to.
This was the worst that I have seen this Wendy's. It was short staffed and the workers were not working together. The manager on shift was drinking and on the cell phone while waiting on the drive thru. She also grabbed food with her bare hands without washing them. I was missing an item and had to go inside. There were customers waiting to have their orders taken and to get their food. It was a mess.
