I was traveling through here, and this was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere in my entire life. First off, they pulled me forward me forward to wait for my food, which I don’t mind at all doing, but then 15 minutes go by and a very disrespectful kid just walked up to my window and said “what’s you’re order” very rudely. Then I proceeded to tell him my order (chicken sandwich, small fry, 6 piece nugget) and he looks at me, and says “nah” and turns to the car next to me and proceeds to hand them the bags of food. Then he looks back at me and says “I gotchu though.” And runs back inside the building. The people next to me are inspecting the food, which I assume
Is because they got the wrong order. They looked just as confused as me. I then wait another 15-20 minutes when another guy comes out, and says “have you gotten your order yet?”. I said no. Obviously. That’s why I was still waiting there. Duh ???? so then another 5-10 minutes pass, and they both come out with my order. And they did give me two frosty pass things for the inconvenience, which I will not be using because I will never again return to a Wendy’s. So I inspect the food, expecting it to be cooked, but IT WAS NOT. I literally bit into raw chicken. I am pregnant, raw meat can kill my child. That is literally a lawsuit. If anything happens to my child in the womb, I WILL sue this specific Wendy’s. I have no idea how after over 35 minutes, they managed to give me a raw piece of chicken. How does that even happen. Will never come back and everyone here is really weird. Take this into consideration next time you want a chicken sandwich from Wendy’s ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Although it was not busy at all, nearly every table was dirty, had visible crumbs, and were in need of cleaning. My burger was completely cold, the cheese hadn't even started to melt. I will not go back.
Just went through the drive-through, the young punk that was working the window barely said a word to me. The fries were clearly an hour old and cold. I went inside and informed the person at the front working the counter who appeared to be a manager that the fries were old and cold, I said it in a very nice manner he turned around through them away got me new ones gave them to me. I said thank you. He just looked at me. Awful service. I will never return and I hope nobody else in this neighborhood does.
This may be the most poorly run Wendy's there is. Shame on us for giving them multiple chances. Missing food at the drive through, wrong orders in bag... Not even sure what the sandwich we received was. Just disappointing.
Fast food restaurant chain that does burgers, fries, and drinks. Wendys is pretty nuch known for the square patty that they make for the hamburgers. This location has been remodeled and is very nice inside, with several TVs, a fireplace, nice modern clean seating, movable table and chairs, two free style coke machines, free wifi, and a big condemint bar. The building is nestled in the corner of the area with a small parking lot and a single lane drive thru for take out. The easiest way to park is to just find a spot to park and walk over to the entrance. Wonderful view out south part of dining area windows allow for watching the weather outside and the cars zooming by on K10 highway. Fast food, fast service, and a coke free style machine that can make almost any coke product imaginable. I will take some pictures and super short videos to show off this specific Wendy's location attributes. If you enjoy Wendy's, then this is a good place to stop and visit when you are in the Lenexa area.
All the food was cold and old. Employees w attitudes rolling their eyes. They were so rude that we had to cancel one of the orders. Never coming here again.
Ordered 2 small frosty's. The commercials made them look so good. They were more like cool cups of chocolate milk. Disappointed.
Did a pick up order and the fries and burger were cold and stale!! Horrible!!
