Ordered pickup, placed the order 30 minutes before arriving. When I arrived the cashier, (an older woman who's name I did not catch) bluntly told me "I don't have it". Confused, I asked what she meant and she told me it wasn't ready/had not been started yet. A bit frustrated I told her it had been 30 minutes since I placed the order online and was told, "it doesn't matter, it comes in when it comes in". During this whole exchange there was no apology or even any words spoken that sounded like she understood how someone could be understandably frustrated their order was not ready at a fast food establishment 30 minutes after the order was placed.
After receiving my order I opened the bag to confirm everything I ordered was included. It was not. I brought the bag back to the counter and at this point quite frustrated informed the cashier of the missing items. She proceeded to blame me rushing the order for the missing item and angrily re-packed the bag with the correct order.
I understand a busy lunch hour can be frustrating and I typically don't complain about staff as I know the order not being printed is really not their fault, just a poorly designed online ordering system. However, the attitude and blaming the customer when an item in the order is missing is completely unacceptable service. A word of sympathy would have gone a long way instead of the terrible attitude I received from the cashier.
Great place for a quick grab and go. Burgers are delicious and my orders are correct. Just not a fan of the salted caramel Frosty
This location was easy to get to! Well taken care of bathrooms(smelled clean)!! Then the food would be a 5/5!
Not sure why I keep going back. Always slow except today pretty quick service Ordered a Double Baconator meal only to get home and have a Double Cheeseburger. Great place never fails your expectations.
Ordered with no lettus and got lettus. They don't have a crispy chicken wrap at all.
I had came up there and ordered my food missing a fry my nuggets were garlic parmesan barely any sauce on them some with none my fiancés nuggets are hard and stale just like mine and I called and they were very rude and rushed me then hung up didn’t say anything. Half the time I called they didn’t answer me. What a shame ????
I went in here and waited in line for 20 minutes and didn't even get my order taken before I decided to walk out, the drive thru had multiple customers come and go while I was there, this was at 1:35-1:55 on a Wednesday.
I went through the drive through at the North Olmsted store. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget. They gave me 9. I doubt it was an accident
