A sandwich artist is in our midst. This is the most perfect “Krabby Patty” I’ve ever seen. I’m Bun, Patty, Lettuce, Cheese, Onion, Tomato, Ketchup, Mustard, Pickles, and Bun. All visible. All perfect. Look how the cheese melted and lightly folded over the bun. Absolute perfection.
However. One time we went through the drive through and even though I asked for a sprite they didn’t give me one, they didn’t charge me for one but when I said I was missing a sprite the clerk stood her ground and made it abundantly clear that “we didn’t have a sprite” not offering to ring us up for one, not coughing one up a complimentary one for their mistake… which, it doesn’t cost that clerk a dime to give us a sprite and it maybe doesn’t even cost the company a dime to give us one for free. Lol wild. We left without a sprite and I felt its absence all night.
Bad service, one hell of a sandwich maker.
Wendy’s has truly disappointed me with my latest visit. I ordered a simple meal, but when I received it, the order was wrong, and the food was cold. To make matters worse, the taste was far below expectations—stale fries and a bland burger made for a terrible experience. Considering the poor quality, their prices are absolutely outrageous. I expected fast food, but not at such a high cost for such low standards. Sadly, it seems like this location has fallen far from what Wendy’s is known for. Very unlikely I'll be returning anytime soon.
Nothing says SpongeBob even though I ordered the crabby patty. Literally just ordinary meal.
Called on the phone to see if they still served baked potatoes and was greeted by a very dedicated employee that was very friendly. Malina has great customer service. Give her a raise.
Whole order was wrong. $20 an hour to screw up a simple order? 2 sandwiches. That's all!! And they couldn't even get that right. SMH
North America having the most homeless people it's ever had in its history restaurants that don't accept EBT which is going to be a lot of people who are homeless so that they can at least be eating and not starting to steal from the grocery stores and places like that in order to eat so places that don't accept the EBT are always give a thumbs down and just when these is one of those places
I Ordered A Double burger, and A Small Order if Fries. The Guy Taking My Order Ignored What I Ordered, And Proceeded to Oversale By Asking if I Wanted A Combo? I Reminded Him Again That: "What I Asked for is What he Should follow Instead of Pushing A Oversale. He was So Focused on Pushing The Oversale That He Totally Forgot I Ordered French fries, And I Requested to dine in. Horrible Service.
I got a frosty through the drive-through when I drove away I realized I didn’t have a spoon so I drove back. Ask the lady for a spoon and she gave me a look like I was bugging her. It was a little weird.
