Went to get a late night meal. They were annoyed because they were closing (this was just before midnight) the chicken nuggets were cold in the middle, the jr cheese burger had bacon (didn’t order bacon) and it was also cold. I worked second shift just wanted to get a quick dinner. I did eat my fries they weren’t bad.
It just was not a good experience. The cashier was very pleasant and apologized for the wait, which was nice, but waiting 20 min to order fast food and another 10+ min for the order is just too long to wait. To be fair I really like Wendy's and perhaps they were having an off day...not sure. It wasnt good but not bad enough to stop me from coming back.
The cashier was a male with long hair( should have been up or in a hair net) he didn't seem friendly, almost seemed annoyed for us to order. We both ordered the #2 Baconater double and fries. We got cheese fries and bacon fries, the cheese was shredded and not melted (we thought the cheese should have been melted) the burgers were dry, like they had been setting on the grill. Wendy's has always been fresh burgers and fresh fries. The sodas and frostys were great. The restaurant was not busy and there were 2 employees sitting at a table on their phones( they may been on break). There were several tables that were dirty with food on them, the condiment area had food and drink spilled on it, the floors could have used a sweeping and the glass windows and doors were clearly not cleaned. There were employees standing around and not cleaning. Two people came in from the drive-through with orders messed up. As we were leaving a guy pulled up in the parking lot on a motorcycle and three employees went outside to talk with him. It seemed like nobody cared. Dave would not be ok with this. I've always been told, "if you have time to lean, you have time to clean." I realize most places are hiring and can't find good people, but that's not an excuse to not take pride in what you do and in where you work, do the best you can and put forth some effort. We have been here before and it always seems to be terrible service and not meeting expectations from years past at Wendys. Im a burger guy and when you have a dry burger, it just does not make for good quality food if it is dry. Worst $32.00 we have spent. This will be the last time we come to this Wendy's. I will go to one out of town that has a better experience.

They were quick and in a rush. They spoke loud and abruptly at the window. They did not give me a receipt. They had me full forward to wait for fries. The door on the side of The building was locked. Which made my wife and child have to walk around to use a restroom. Conveniently, they were able to open it to give me my food. In which getting home, they forgot my Child's nuggets. I tried to call them and their phone was out of service but is online. I called the wendy's in walpok and could not get their number because they're not in the same franchise. My wife said The coffee drink did not taste good. It tastes like rubbing alcohol. . InconvenientlyI don't have the receipt now to prove that they didn't give me the nuggets, because they never gave me the receipt. And in all, the five areas around waima, could not give me a phone number for them. At least the fries were hot.
Food is delicious but my spicy chicken ghost pepper sandwiches often have the ghost pepper onion chrisps forgot and sometimes it really slow and my forks forgotten.
Fries were cold as soon as got them and chicken wrap has nothing on it!! All employees outside smoking while one inside trying to do it all. Myself and another car got food while a car pulled from window still sat there.
I ordered the chili and found a human fingernail!!! Yes you seen this right it is not a misprint or a typo! A actual real life human fingernail! That was so disgusting! I called and spoke to management and I've also called the health department! Although management did not give me a hard time about it I still feel like they didn't necessarily offer me my money back either The only thing I got was an apology they never said that they would go through and clean the store or make sure that their employees wear gloves so please look at your food before you eat it and make sure that everything looks good and if people come to work looking like they just rolled out of bed and miss the bathtub and the toothbrush on their way to the job I strongly advise just not eating at that location I've also called the corporate office I saved my receipt and the fingernail let's just see how Wendy's will make this right
Drive thru. The lady working the window around 1:30 July 1st was a sweetheart. Friendly. The classic cheeseburger was great. But the 6 piece nuggets were the worst I've ever had...Anywhere! I'm not picky either, just they were really bad. I didn't bother taking them back just sucked it up but they were garbage. Like they were under a heat light for a week straight. Ate two and just were way too horrible to finish. Constructive criticism.
