Usually have no issues with Wendy's but I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got home to eat, juat to find the bun was moldy. Made me lose my appetite, not so great.
It’s bad when they make you wait at the drive thru menu and it takes 15mins to take your order then they still pull you around to the front and there 2 cars waiting. Not busy at all this Wendy’s just sucks worst than Dave’s mom ????
Went through the drive through to place an order, was then told to pull around and waited for another 10 minutes. Wanted to add an item to i went inside to place another order and stood there with another person while being ignored by the 5 workers they had. There was one couple dined in eating and no cars in the drive through. The whole time a guy in a grey polo was being incredibly disrespectful to anyone asking questions about doordash orders or placing orders. The food was good but instead of taking orders staff was working over each other doing the same task while making what looked like 250 nuggets for the empty drive through line. it seemed no one really knew what to do and were just working over top of each other to complete tasks that seemed irrelevant. only thing worth 1 star is the food, sometimes. Read other reviews from this restaurant if you plan on never ordering from there again. This store needs some serious reform and management that can handle doing so. Not a good look for Sellersburg and not a good look for Wendy’s.
I love Wendy's. I have always loved Wendy's. However, this particular Wendy's sucks bad. I have given them multiple chances but my last visit is going to be my last ever. Food is consistently subpar, small portions and overpriced and orders wrong. Service at this location is poor at best. Dinning room is always closed. Drive thru only. This place need better management.
I’ve gotten a $5 bag 3 times now. Every single time they forget the chicken nuggets. Now it’s partially on me because I should have started checking the first time but honestly if you wanna go and not have to wait forever for your food just to not get it all find a different place. My daughter loves their chili which is why we go but I’m really frustrated that they forget the nuggets every single time.
Always so nice to me , they are all so sweet especially the people working late at nights still have a smile! Love my local Wendy!!!!
Clean restaurant with friendly and attentive staff. Stopped by for lunch on a road trip and enjoyed resting in the spacious outdoor patio. My wife has a food allergy and they were kind enough to make her salad fresh on the spot to ensure there were no issues.
Good food and service. The French Fries were warm and crispy. The Frosty was delicious. My kids enjoyed the Spicy Nuggets.
