I took my order as I don't agree with can't get a receipt without asking for it and what do u know they got it wrong and I didn't check it get 10 minutes away and realized they got the order wrong but I don't have time to turn around so my husband was disappointed and assumed it was my fault so I called and made sure and nope there fault so now I get a free sandwich but seriously they should give me more to keep the peace because he was really disappointed, it was his idea to stop here. Not a good experience at all no customer service at all jut assembly line fast food is going down hill. One of these places needs to step up there game and provide a door greeter (that serves as a cashier when needed) and when not needed a extra set of hands. I do wish I would have known they had these Hoosier bowls, I would have ordered one for us to try, didn't see it till after I had already ordered.
Best Wendy’s ever dude in the back is real upbeat and very helpful. He makes the experience fantastic. Didn’t get his name but he’s awesome.
Food was what we expected from a fast food place. I tried the new Nacho burger and it wasn't too bad. Not too spicy either so if you're curious but don't want the spice, it's not incredibly spicy. Food was decently priced, order came out within an acceptable amount of time, order was correct and food was good. My husband got the baconator.
I believe it really comes down to the people making your food. If they generally don't care about their job, then your food will reflect it. The people at this Wendy's cares about what they do. I was impressed. Extremely fresh and hot. Quick clean service. With food prices as high as they are anymore. You want your money's worth. You'll get your money's worth at this location. Great job ????
So appreciate how far Wendy's is going to completely erase as much interpersonal contact as they can. Enjoyed talking to the kiosk. Fries were cold and stale, and the Triple had 2 regular patties and one half as thick and size...... not going back.
Took over 30 minutes to get food after waiting 10 minutes to get our order taken. We had to ask for our ice cream and drink. The store was dirty. The food was fresh and good when we finally got it.
And here we go yet again. Another "fast" food chain completely failing the customers. Took 25 minutes in getting my order with a TON of folks awaiting their orders with even more yet to order as well. Go through the drive through and it once again appears as though you'll get quicker service. Definitely think about time if you have minimal to spare when coming here.
This place is dirty. My chicken nuggets were not warm. The bald older guy working the register just walk away while I was standing there. Then came back 10 mins later sneezing.
I had to ask the one young man working if they had frostys. Cuz no one asked me if they could help me. The counter and tables were all dirty. This place needs some definite attention.
Maybe the board of health needs to visit them.
