We went to go get crabby patty meals, and it was kind of a rip-off. The pineapple frosty was really good, but the other parts of the meal were just normal. It's kind of just a marketing ploy by Wendy's.
This location, in specific, was ok. It was hard to find parking because there's so much in that parking lot. They were also really busy and seemed to be understaffed, but service was good.
Ok, Wendy’s is good for late night food and a cold frosty. Never ever go there when it’s busy (so weekends). June 30th, I did a Wendy’s order online for carry out and placed it just before 2pm. I ordered some baked potatoes and their new saucy nuggets. I got there at 1:55, and I waited until 2:50 and didn’t even get all my food. I was so frustrated that I didn’t even want to wait anymore for the rest of my food. My food went cold waiting and my frosty melted in this heat, waiting in the car for so long. I definitely won’t be going there again unless it’s night time when the dine in area is closed.

I I just left Wendy's where I spent quite a pretty penny now I worked fast food and I love to eat so I know what good should taste like and look like the fries were old and cold the burgers were reheated from the day before and not hot like they should be i was so mad then to top it off because my dogs weren't in the car even though I showed a pic I was not permitted the puppy pattie but at the end of the day my burgers will be homemade from now on lesson learned.

Ordered the new krabby patty meal. cold fries which I returned for fresh fries. The pineapple smoothie was ok. Almost all the fountain drinks tasted like soda water. both ketchup dispensers were bone dry, half open and dirty. the employees were all overwhelmed with drive through orders and slow to respond to walk up customers. will not return to this Wendy's
Came out to try the new Wendy’s in north Natomas. It’s conveniently located right off the freeway. I went through their drive through lane and they were able to help get folks through the line quickly.
More importantly both the gentleman accepting payments and the woman handing out orders were super friendly. They made me feel welcomed - excellent customer service!
For food, I went a little rogue and tried their special ghost pepper ranch chicken. I do like spicy food and I know ghost pepper is very hot. However, it wasn’t too spicy, so don’t be worried about trying it because it was pretty tasty.
We are sitting in the dining area. Almost every table is dirty and we are the only people in here. Trash all over floors, soda splatter orange color on walls, soda counter has old trash and food, I’m serious so shocking!

Lastly I said thank you and not one thank you back just a stare. So that was the tipping point
Hire a new manager or train her!
Visited this Wendy’s today. I ordered the bacon double stack biggie bag. The bag was not $5 it was $8. According to online Wendy’s has A $5 or $6 biggie bag. I didn’t get any extra type of burger, yet the meal was $8. On top of that, I was charged an extra $1 for the garlic Parmesan nuggets ( which were NOT SAUCY” at all).
After leaving I realized I was given the wrong burger. I went back and the manager (black female) was working the cashier. With a nasty disposition she asked how can I help u. I said I was given I wrong burger. She said those are not big burgers. I said it’s not the bacon double stack like I ordered and paid $8 for. She then check the burgers and ordered the correct ones. By this time my fries and nuggets are cold. Not once did she offer to replace the fries and nuggets.
If Wendy’s is doing the biggie bag for $5 or $6 depending on burger it should that way at all locations.
This place can literally never get an order right. Always go through the drive thru and pay the price. Never want to stop and check the bag because of the line of cars behind me, but inevitably, there are always wrong items or items missing.
