We just picked up a Apple pecan salad and one Single cheese burger with a triple beery frosty. We have been enjoying these salads for the past 3-4 years and have found hem delicious--NOT THIS TIME. NO PECANS, and NO POMEGRANATE DRESSING--JUST RANCH DRESSING AND ONIONS, WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR!! A CRAP ORDER--NEVER AGAIN WILL I GET NEAR THIS BUSINESS!
I went on 10/20/24 around 1:45pm and this review isn't so much based on the food but the service. There was a very nice lady running the front cash register when you go into eat. She was very kind and so nice. I think that everyone can get overwhelmed at times especially in the fast food industry that's why everywhere it can feel harder and harder to get somebody who truly cares, but it really felt like she was just a good person. I did not get her name but I wanted to acknowledge her presence and great personality.
Decent place staffed by nice people with an unimpressive and overpriced product line. Wendy's glory days are obviously long gone.
The drive thru ALWAYS seems to be busy and slow, constantly backed up.
There are faster more affordable other options nearby that serve a far better product.
I have gone to this location multiple times, and the food is always fresh and tastes great, which is nice. However, Thai wait times are absolutely insane. I have not waited less than 15 minutes in the drive-thru. Usually longer. The staffs customer service is just mid as well. They haven't been rude but barely speak to you and are not very kind in general. The cleanliness of the inside is decent at best. Not the best Wendy's and not the worst either.
3:30pm on a Sunday. When I didn't see any customers I should have known not to step inside. First thoughts were the windows and floor were very dirty. When I went to the counter to place my order the worker quickly told me, "just a minute". He then went on to ignore me. Another worker poked her head from around the corner but didn't say anything to me. I waited 4-5 minutes and left. No wonder they don't have customers. So, I went to the Wendy's at 22nd/Wilmot (just wanted to try the salted caramel frosty :) ). This Wendy's was professionally ran. The service was pleasantly nice and the store was very clean. And yes, the salted caramel frosty was delicious!
This is the worst wendys I have ever been to. The older woman working there was glaring at us the second we walked in. The register guy didnt want to scan my app. I'm like what I want to order is an offer on my app a bogo baconator. So I had to instead order 2 bacon baconators and hope the offer goes thru when he scans at the end. Guess what it doesn't. Now angry lady has to come over and she has a beef with how I'm holding my phone. Acting like I was shoving it in her face. I had it laying on the counter turned so she could see my bogo baconators offer. After all that we didn't even get 2 baconators. We got 2 super sad looking single burgers with 2 strips of bacon, definitely not baconators. Never have any issues at the wendy's on valencia.
Absolutely disgusting I can’t believe anybody would serve this to somebody. Burger was so hard. You couldn’t even bite into the patty because it was so old It was doused in sauce . Chicken nuggets old and cold along with fries you people are disgusting . Should have took it back so you guys can eat it yourself .
Absolutely awesome, love spicy nuggets so much and they actually gave me so much sauce when I asked for it. THIS is peak. I love sauce it's so good.
