If can give it 0 stars i would lady in drive thru 10/7 at 1:50 am nasty attitude told me to hurry up she didnt have time i do have a dash cam that caught her voice clearly she dont need to work in customer service i will post the video on social media put her to clean dishes or sweep no one deserves that treatment
The torta that was taking orders inside needs to learn better customer service. She gave me one look and walked off to the side on purpose. Then proceeded to grab someone else to take my order. So unprofessional smh.
Today 9/5/24 at 11:20 am the drive thru person was really rude. Due to me telling him I had two different orders. Never a problem before. I will no longer be purchasing from this location. Smh
I came to use the restroom and to my surprise the restroom is very clean and smell amazing.
Very disappointed in my go-to spot. Theres nothing like a good old biggie bag, but what I got tonight was just disappointing. I open my bag to no sauce, cold fries, and last but not least, an L. What’s an L you may ask ? A BLT with NO B OR T, an L is also an acronym for the loss I took tonight. Horrible experience.
This store never has anything ready for breakfast. Always late and seem like they’re just waking up.
Hate that they have to pull me up for 2 items that should be ready to go. Plus there’s never a line so idk what the deal is on their end.
My kids use to think Wendy's was better then McDonald's and Burger King but Wendy's got expensive more then McDonald's and Burger King, Sorry Wendy's your prices are to high for a lot of people
Fries were on the cool side, burger wasn't cooked fresh; you could tell that it was just warmed up instead of being cooked from raw. Can barely understand the staff. The floor had a greasy feel to it, was slippery. I ordered off the app. ahead of time and stated that I was dining in and they gave me the wrong drink and started to make a to go order before I corrected them. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to.
