The best view in any fast food restaurant. We went in and were very excited to try the well-advertised triple berry frosty with our food. We went in and the air just felt dirty. The floor was so slick that I was able to slide my chair like it had wheels and I could do a pretty epic moonwalk. Emily took our order and was patient with our complicated orders. Our food for the first order came fairly quickly but we were given chocolate frosty and informed that they were out of the triple berry way after the fact. The frosty were still good but I was disappointed we weren’t informed about the fact that they were out of stock. Our second order took over 15 minutes to come and it was smaller and placed immediately after the first. The men’s bathrooms were very dirty and the paper towel thing was broken. I wiggled it around until it popped open so I could some paper towels. The women’s bathroom, per my sources, not my evaluation, was “clean and smelled good”. They did have the giant free ketchup pumps instead of the tiny packets which was a plus.
Manager wouldn't honor Wendy's app when it was glitching and just seemed not wanting to be bothered with it at all. If you're the store manager you should have it figured out. I walked out after waiting in the line inside for like 20 minutes and she failed. Fast food...nah
Next visit bathroom is flooded and dining room is flooded. Two employees also just started cursing and shouting at each other. Manager tried to get them to shut up since whole dining room is looking at each other like "it's about to go down!"
Needs to be gutted of all employees and clean slate everything. The whole place is a clown operation that needs help.
Next visit the line inside is like a 30 minute wait, like moving one customer every 5 minutes. Always a dumpster fire....
Cones for water are at different visits. It's always wet in here.
Let me tell you a story. I was extremely sick at a particular camp I went to, and after testing positive for flu, we went to Wendy’s. This Wendy’s changed my life. I got the strawberry frosty, and It helped me regain focus and get through this. GOD BLESS WENDYS AND GOD BLESS AMERICA ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? When trying to place my order through the app and was unsuccessful the manager Mikel stepped in to assist in completing the order to my Satisfaction with no Frustrations. Very clean an warm environment. A staff Member was quick to take my order. My order was promptly deliver hot and fresh. Highly recommend.
The lady with the dark hair with her hair in a small bun that waited on us at the register was rude. Didn’t greet, didn’t smile, and she didn’t act like she wanted to be there. The food was excellent. The floors were slick, and chairs not as clean as they should’ve been. They may have been short on help, so I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt, however, there was no excuse for her attitude.
I have never, in my life, been to a place that messes up my order so much. The folks working are nice, but I haven’t left without missing items, being given someone else’s food entirely. I should check, but at this point I kinda love the surprise.
8 times and counting, I got my order right twice.
So much nicer place than the Wendys we eat at in Pilot Mountain NC sometimes. I'm not used to bathrooms and display screens that are actually fully functional. I didn't see anything broken here. There was a guy walking around behind the counter with what looked like some raw bologna in his gloveless hand dripping juice while he helped the girl at the cash register. Not sure what that was about. ????♂️
The man at the window was so sweet. My grandson took forever to order what he wanted and I apologize to man in the window and he was like"you don't worry about that you worry about that baby. We have more than enough time to wait on him." And the food was on point my grandbabies ate it like it was their last meal hahaha! Black mountain Wendy's is awesome!
