It’s not often that you walk into a fast food restaurant and appreciate the service and atmosphere. The staff tees and laugh with each other, which makes it a warm environment. The music was depressing and strange, but the staff were lovely!
I noted that all the tables were clean unless being used. This means they take pride in their work and in their presentation.
We adhere to the carnivore diet and they were very accommodating. As always, always the burger patties are hot, juicy, and filling. I appreciate that Wendy’s does not skimp.
We stopped in for a bite before going to a movie. The service was great. The food was good and hot, and came out faster than expected. Not like the 25 minute wait I had across the street at taco bell
Will not return these folks will have you waiting in your car for some cold fries. I went tonight and they had me pool up when there’s no cars they are not busy and to just get cold and stale food. Going to another. This Wendy used to be good but it’s not no more.
Ordered a Biggie meal through the drive thru. Bacon Double Stack- no bacon, cold and greasy! Fries- tasted old and cold! Chicken nuggets- cold! They got the iced tea and small chocolate frosty right- cold! Worst meal. Stay away from this location.
The manager Michelle treated our front end cashier terribly. She made a mistake and instead of helping, the manager belittled her in front of me. Instead of resolving the issue, she made the situation worse. The cashier felt bad and stated she was worried about being written up, and the manager didn't care. It didn't matter that I was still there willing to resolve the issue, it didn't matter that I explained what happened was not her fault. She was still going to get in trouble.
Also If she would have had the help she needed that mistake would have never happened to begin with. It's not okay to leave one person on front end and have an entire team working drive thru.
DO NOT order from this wendys! I don't usually leave reviews, especially bad ones, but my experience ordering from this Wendys was so bad that I simply have no other choice. I have to warn people to stay AWAY. I ordered a VERY simple amount of food during a NON-peak time. (A biggie bag, a 10 piece nugget combo, and a 6-piece nugget; all after lunch but before dinner on a weekday).
I ordered it THROUGH the website, NOT through a third party delivery site. I also DO NOT have a method of transportation that allows me to do pickup so i rely heavily on places that have delivery options on their website. Not only did my order arrive delivered via third party, it arrived COLD. It arrived GROSS. The biggie bag was completely missing. A drink was missing. The drink that did show up was wrong. And when I called the store to ask for help rectifying this; the manager on duty decided to be rude for no reason and placed ALL of the blame on DoorDash (despite me NOT ordering through doordash) and refused to offer any sort of help or even a sympathetic word. She was hostile from start to finish and talked to me like I was a stupid child. I hope this manager gets fired and I hope this wendys goes out of business foever. Best believe I'm calling the corporate office next. Never eat here.
The cashier didn’t communicate with me and my friends was grab food as quickly but cashier didn’t say anything about baked potatoes was out while we pay the food and give this food as look like it baked potatoes. ( we are DEAF) so we disappointed in them… we order baked potatoes with sour cream and chives but that what I got from this picture
Update: they gave me FROZEN FRIES hire better people wendys.
Had to repeat TWICE to the worker my order and when I pulled up she literally gave me a 3/4 drink that was not even what I asked for and didn’t even get the drink that I wanted. Both burgers I got didn’t even have what I wanted it’s like they just slapped it on and didn’t care. Got both of the same drink. I don’t know what’s going on in this location but never go here, they don’t listen at all!
