This was a zero star experience, food was wrong, baked potato was brown, the sweet tea was so rancid it gagged my grandson and I, I said something to the kid at the counter and he shrugged his shoulders, the only drink in the machine was coke everything else was empty, once again nobody cared about that either, There's a trashcan in the middle of the dining room. The absolute worst Wendy's ever!
The girl working the drive thru speaker tonight (10/30) needs her attitude checked. No reason to be rude to customers after we sat in line for an Uber order for over 20 minutes since doors are locked. Not sure how else she expects people to pick up orders.
Got suckered one final time into trying wendys. Tried the crabby patty special. This was a marketing joke. The pineapple frosty was pineapple syrup poured into the bottom of a cup with vanilla filling the rest. It wasn't even blended. The burger was a basic burger and couldn't taste the sauce.very disappointed I got suckered. It give sponge bob a bad name.
Got a pretzel baconator. Almost $9 for something smaller than my palm. Barely any bacon in it.another terrible burger.
Wendys used to be high class and quality food when Dave was around. Since he died it's gotten worse and worse. The food is garbage now with tiny portion sizes. The cost has gone up more than other fast food places. I'll never return to this or any other wendys again.
Ordered their Cinnabon bites and they literally gave it to me with the glaze ???? and when I tried calling the phone rings busy I called 10 times
This morning I ordered a chicken biscuit and it was raw. At the checkout window, the cashier told me the chicken would be another 3 minutes and asked if I would mind waiting. I told her I didn't mind, and I pulled up to wait. They brought it out and told me it would be hot. I thanked them and drove to work. I started to eat my sandwich in the parking lot. I'll be honest, I took a few bites before I realized that there was a raw spot in the middle. Immediately I felt so grossed out, raw chicken is nasty but also can make you really sick. I have contacted corporate and they offered a free small meal which seems like a cheap attempt to right this. But thanks to them I have now developed a fear of raw chicken and definitely do not plan to come back.
The customer service is so horrible here. No enthusiasm and everyone just makes you feel unwelcome. You can feel their annoyance. I’ve tried coming here twice and it’s been the same with two different people. The first time, my breakfast sandwich was given to me COLD! please work on you culture and re staffing.
Order thru drive thru told me to pull up waited along time when I went in to check they didn't have a clue what i was talking about the Chile cheese fries had two pieces of bacon on them
Half hour wait after ordering food, wrong drink, water all over floor from broken drink machine.
