Unlike a lot of other fast food places around town, I've never had any issues when going to Wendy's for a fast bite. My order is always correct and the service is quick but polite. On a few occasions they forgot a straw or something but it's so minor considering the terrible service from other places like Taco bell. This is one of my favorite quick places, and I highly recommend it.
I always choke on their food, and it's because it just gets stuck in my throat no matter what. Their food is dry as hell, chunky, and the people working there are crappy. Their food isn't good anymore. They also took away their VANILLA frosty. They too kaway a BASIC flavor. Madness. Never going here again.
Never had a bad customer service experience.
Month of July going forward they are having software issues with app so not able to use app at drive thru. Everyone is friendly and apologetic. Can't get IT vendor to cooperate.
Food was wonderful, fries were a little on the over salted for my liking but definitely still a great place to eat. Will say there is quite a lot of teenagers working at this Wendy's.
I paid extra for extra strawberries on my STRAWBERRY salad and when I got it I only had a measly 3 strawberries how pathetic. Save your money and just dont go here.
Sat in line for 5 minutes . Not fast food .
Stopped by at 8pm on Friday and there was a pool of liquid covering the entire tiled lobby. Was very unsafe and saw an elderly gentleman complain and the staff didn't care. An elderly woman also said something and they didn't care. Never seen a fast food business mop during business hours before and I've worked at multiple. Also never seen a pool created to mop and I've mopped multiple lobbies. Staff was joking, laughing, and having a great time while disregarding customers. Terrible customer service.

Store has only gotten more inconsistent as time has gone by.
Orders are more often messed up.
Food quality has dropped.
Fries are cold, burger left to rest too long.
A good chain, but this location does not have it's act together.
