idgaf if my server was toasted that was the most bomb ass toe curling burger I have ever had. Chicken was ambrosial. Put him in Hells Kitchen my lord that was bodacious.
There was nobody up front to manage the register for all the people waiting in line. They gave me sugar instead of Splenda for the coffee which was awful tasting anyhow. No sauces for the nuggets. No cheese and onion and all of the chili's. No spoons for any of the chili. Thankfully I grabbed one on the way out for the frosty and then we all had to share one spoon.
There was even some weirdo tweaking in the lobby. The lady that was packing food had some issues but that didn't stop the manager that came and yelled at her to take orders. The manager should have been out there helping while she takes orders. Or, you know, hire more people.
This is one of the reasons why I hate eating fast food ???? (besides it being garbage for your body).
One of the worst Wendy's I've ever been too staff isn't too friendly food has been sitting out for a while and taste rubbery they only fill up your fries half way and they barley have any condiments. I was just here today and my nuggets all 20 of them tasted like rubber and I barley got any fries this place is terrible
My wife took our 2 kids this afternoon. The two people ahead of them were served without an issue. When it was their turn the cashier looked at them rolled her eyes and walked away. Presumably because they were in their school uniforms. They then waited for a while and nobody bothered to serve them.
Well isn't this disappointing. 11.27 for a meal and the burger comes with dry patties, a hint of ketchup, hint of mayo, small piece of lettuce, single slice of tomato, single slice of onion.
I inquired with the staff and got a shrug and then turned away.
Inside of restaurant had bad odor as well.
Troubling experience.
Still waiting on the big boss to call me back regarding an incident the other day at this terrible location where they hire nothing but drug user's who can't even make a decent sandwich because they are zooted out of their mind. Wonder how much longer I have to wait just seems like this location doesn't care about it's customers and they way they are treated especially due to a worker's mistake but then I get it taken out on me when I was only there doing what the worker told me to do! I'll wait one more day then I will be reaching out to the news and possibly a lawyer. Everyone is fed up with this location not just me. And who are they to tell someone they're going to put them on a non-refund list when I had proof of my purchase and the worker told me to come in for a refund. Also I have messages of others saying they went threw the same when they wanted a refund...The younger woman with glasses looks like African American had a very smart mouth and bad attitude. The manager with long hair super skinny older woman doesn't know how to run a business. She's more worried about agreeing with her workers instead of the customer when the customer was definitely right in the situation.
When I walked in and around 4pm, it truly seemed as though everyone on the clock and in the back was either drunk or on some kind of drugs. None of them had any sense of sensibility or sense of urgency or feeling like they had to do the right thing or be a leader. Not 1% there was a leader. The only thing that I ordered was a plain spicy chicken sandwich when this restaurant completely destroyed my simple order. Somebody that's in charge needs to take a look at their employees in this restaurant
This time was absolutely amazing. Order was correct. Tasted good. Service was excellent and fast.
