Wrong food, ice cold food, manager Jake was rude and gave excuses that they are understaffed yet I was the only one there and I could hear the cooks in the back being super innapropriate and messing around. This location is the worst and I've avoided it for a long time. I guess I should of kept away. They charge astronomical prices for their food now the least they could do is actually care and get it right. Also look at this piece of lettuce, what the crap is this??
It's a typical fast food joint, but John, who took my order, is a fantastic employee! I was ordered a Frosty for after my meal and he came out and asked if I was ready for and asked which flavor I wanted. I didn't have to go to the counter to get it. I watched him cleaning the dining room and he made sure to clean everything. I watched him detailing things. That guy needs a promotion and/or a raise!
Found hair in my dbl stack w/bacon big bag deal. The girl taking order was very nice however she was nervous about something as she stood there chewing on her nails. When it was turn to order I noticed she had dandruff and no hairnet on. No one did ????

Ordered 2 biggie bags and a kids meal through the drive thru. Was asked to go wait in the mobile order parking because of “the size of my order” - after waiting for 20 minutes I watched another car pull up next to me and take 3 bags of food inside. The worker then brought those same 3 bags of food outside to me. The minute those bags were accepted by another customer and placed into his car, they were contaminated and should not be re-served. I asked if they would re-make my order and as the worker shouted “She doesn’t want it! I don’t know, she just doesn’t!” to the kitchen, I tried to explain that I didn’t want my family to eat food that was placed in someone else’s car. We waited another 30 minutes only to receive our food, make it home, and find that they forgot our sauces AND nuggets. Won’t be going back. Maybe it’s finally time for corporate to take this Wendy’s and revamp it.
This place is a filthy mess...starting with an INEXCUSABLE "drive-thru" at the location! Words cannot describe the cluster-cluck of just TRYING to get in to give an order! While waiting in line, a thin layer of grit, dirt, dust clings to your skin, sealed on to you with the grease fumes constantly around the place. No matter how long your wait is, they somehow manage to serve room-temp fries and burgers, AND room-temp Frostys! BTW, a "large" Frosty (8oz??) is $3.69 I believe, and $2.69 for 5 piece nuggets! Bottom line: Over-priced, disgusting atmosphere, horrible, inedible food. Get ripped off, feel dirty, and queasy after trying to swallow that garbage!
We went to this Wendy's location and after we took our order, all we heard was the employees screaming about who's job is who's. It was extremely off putting and unprofessional.The only thing they really got right was the french fries!
2 out of the 3 burgers were raw and the Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwich that was ordered wasn't even given. Instead, we received a Dave's Single burger. We also did not receive a receipt as well. We will not be returning to this location.
Wendy’s does their grilled chicken right; juicy in a lettuce wrap with tomatoes and pickles! Always get their large diet lemonade. Chili baked potato is delicious. Highly recommend the chocolate frosty to dip your nuggets and fries in!
We just went through the drive thru at this location, took 19 minutes and we were the only car in the drive thru at 7:15 pm. The employee dropped our Frostys on the counter and the tops came off and she still served them to us with ice cream all over them. When we got back to our hotel room, literally right next door our fries were cold and the bacon on our sandwiches were burnt. We ordered 5 biggie bags and all of them had burnt bacon and cold fries. See the pics. Horrible customer service and horrible food. Keep driving and don’t stop at this location.
