Good food, decent service, but this place really needs a deep clean. Way too many gooey, sticky surfaces in the dining room, visible gunk on chairs and counters. Love Wendy's but won't be back to this one.
Team members are very rude and lazy! The girl at the window wouldn’t even put my drinks in a cup holder for me. I was told to “pull up” although there wasn’t anyone in line . This has happened Everytime I’m here at this location. I understand they’re on a time watch, but trying to “trick the system” like everything is running smoothly and the place is really a disaster is crazy. There were 8 employees working and everyone was walking around laughing and talking and there were 5 cars waiting ….. I walk in everyone is looking at the screen like they have never made these meals before. the manager on duty a short African American guy, was also so rude! He did not show any concern for how the customers felt, just a nasty attitude and trying to rush all while we still sat “pulled up” outside for 20 minutes for our food! I will not be returning to this location!
My Experience was nice at the drive through in Marshall Texas, However, I Ask for
Chili sauce packages and I was told that they won't have any more chili sauces until next year... And, I thought that was absolutely ludicrous. I am one of those that I can't eat Wendy's Unless I have the chili sauce packages so I guess this
Means that I'll have to find another restaurant that will Work
Harder at a Accommodating their customers.
We ordered Dave's single burgers. The meat was dry and crumbly. The buns fell apart. The drink machine only had a few flavors available. We had to go to the counter to get a diet soda because they were out in the lobby machine.
I requested no mayo on my sandwich, but it was there. Normally, I would have asked them to replace the sandwich, but we were on the road, and had already waited 20 minutes for a salad, because the chicken usually used on the salad was out, so they had to substitute....
20 minutes for a salad is not fast food.
And a Baconator really ought to have more than two 3" pieces of limp bacon on it.
Nothing was offered for our inconvenience.
Yesterday I asked for a small chilli with cheese it and it was wonderful. Today I asked for a small chili with extra cheese (online order). I got my chili without cheese. I got in line and asked if they put my extra cheese in the container so I can put it my chili. The lady hand at the windows hands it a plastic dish with 1 slice of The American cheese they put on my burgers.The American cheese did not go with the chili.i don’t know why they couldn’t give the correct cheese. The chili was flavorless . today and just not good. My hamburger was good. How is it your chili was delicious yesterday but pretty poor the next day.
SHUT IT DOWN pretty simple traveling through Marshall this was one of the worst experiences ever just for a quick fast food stop. I stopped because it looked like renovations had taken place. I walked in Sticky floors the condiment stand torn apart, FLIES everywhere and the staff lost in LA LA Land. Gloomy Atmosphere just nasty. I had already placed my online order and running short on time to my destination. Simple food order all of 5 items Nuggets under cooked, Fries requested with no salt presented as 2 hrs OLD, the only burger requested just thrown together as if a training session NEVER took place and I hate that the stop even took place.... AGAIN SHUT IT DOWN START ALL OVER.....
Will when we got home with food and cookies ???? ????. The cookies were all broken up into little pieces. The shack was turned upside down, and it fell on the floor.. come on Wendy's give me a brake.. You can do better than that....?
