I stopped here to pick up a delivery order at 10:05 AM on Sunday. I stood at the counter for eight minutes while employees and a member of management saw me standing there. No one acknowledged my presence. After eight minutes had elapsed. A young lady came and asked me what I needed. I told her I was there for a delivery order and gave her the name. She said I don’t see it.
I then proceeded to point to the receipt machine where the order receipt was sitting. I asked her if the order had been started. She said no, this has been sitting there for a while. I then proceeded to leave. I was not waiting any longer.
Upper management At Wendy’s needs to see this and understand that your employees and management team at this location in Huntington, West Virginia are falling far short of your expectations.
The service there tonight was horrible. Manager, young lady was to worried about laughing and playing with the crew, to make sure I had all me drinks. Got home and the salad was wilty and chicken not fresh. The bread on the sandwich had obviously been toasted and left sitting waiting to be used for a sandwich, it was hard, dry and stale and the fries not at a good temperature let alone hot. I know they can do better, they usually do.
Out if chili at 6pm. No baked potatoes at 6pm and no strawberry lemonade. Wasn't offered anything else to try instead. They didn't care they were out of chili and it seems as though they can never get my order correct or even give me a straw and silverware. Am I supposed to eat with my fingers or on all fours like a dog? The Wendy's close to me has gone down hill so fast I don't even want to go there again. They care more about playing around inside than getting orders correct. I was told to hold for a min while it seemed as thought a ball was being passed around and I was told to hold so he could catch the ball. The guy waiting on us didn't want to be there and it showed. He mumbled everything and I had to keep asking him to repeat whqt he said. I said hell with it and pulled to the window to make sure my order was correct. This store needs cleaned out of all the riffraff and lazy people just there for a check. What happened to when people actually cared. Bring that back PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. If service was better there probably wouldn't be an issue about how they're paid. Do a crappy job get crappy pay. Do a good job get good pay. Work ethic has gone down the drain with manners. This Wendy's has let me down big time. I've never had such bad service in my life
I ordered on my phone and arrived at the drive-thru 15 minutes later. I was told I had to wait a little longer. I waited another 15 minutes at the front door. The staff finally brought out the food, but it was wrong. Fries and chicken nuggets were missing. I only ordered four items in total! This is not the first time this has happened.
Visited 10/26/2023 around 8:10 pm. Pulled out to drive-through and was told that the system was down and no orders could be taken. Went inside and placed order for 4 sandwiches ( 2 of which were Single Patty Big Bacon Classics ) to go. Got home and found 2 Big "No Bacon" Classics.
Just your normal Wendy's restaurant like most others they look about the same but you can't go wrong with a nice delicious Baconator. And the breakfast baconator is pretty good too.
Gotta be about the 9th time I've ordered a baked potato, and they NEVER have them. I've ordered potatoes at different times, and they don't have them, not ever. They always ask me if I want it replaced with a baconator fry instead. Why have potatoes on the menu then?!! So disappointing.
Tried, I say again TRIED, to make my order, was cut off, given a total and not allowed to complete my entire order, got to the window to pay, didn't even look at me just side handed my change to me and slammed the window in my face, wasn't given everything I ordered, and told that they can't trust I was missing what I was missing because they didn't provide a receipt... over it, will be calling corporate and explaining to them that their night shift is hurting the business, they were CUSSING people for ordering so late, you are open till 2 am, so why Is 9:30 an issue???!
