Quick and friendly service at a reasonable price. I cannot think of one thing that they should change. I love the spicy chicken sandwich. It is huge!
Funny thing happened when I visited this Wendy's today. The girl serving me was called Wendy! She was extremely rude though, she yelled at me for being 'too quiet' and was impatient when I waited to see what my 6 year old child wanted to order. The food took 20 minuets to get to me and arrived cold. Safe to say I won't be coming back.
When you get 20 nuggets (2 meals) it’s important to get the sauce that goes with it especially after you specifically asked for it and offered to pay for it- and with kids who now don’t want it because it doesn’t have the condiments. Also when someone is allergic to tomatoes and they ask for it NOT to be on the sandwich why can’t that be done?? I was very clear on my order. You could have killed me. Get it right before you get sued. My sandwich was trash and fed to my dogs. $30 meal and not a dang thing was right. The food industry has been terrible lately but why not be the one that stands out and does an awesome job? QAQC.
This has been the third time in the last year I've ordered a baconator for delivery nothing against GrubHub this is about this particular location the baconator I've received each time only had three small pieces of bacon on it that is not how a baconator keyword there bacon, inside the word baconator, are made. I tried calling you several times it would just ring and ring and ring and ring and ring for several minutes and then it would say goodbye tried calling again I tried this for 40 minutes no answer at this restaurant at all. Three small tiny pieces of bacon normally when you order a baconator 90% of the time from any other Wendy's there is so much bacon on there because that's what it's all about it's called the freaking baconator lol. If I wanted a Dave's double with three pieces of bacon on it I would have asked for that. Couldn't even get to speak to someone at the restaurant for them to make amends so I'm going to write this review I would only give it zero Stars if I could
This fast food restaurant has gone down to the dumps. Meal prepared wrong, food cold and old meat patties and fries. Terrible customer service and pretty obvious that theft is happening in the open. Order not rung up on the register so no receipt given out.
Food and service was good. The only distraction was in the dining area, the employees go in and out a side door quiet frequently. Every time the door closes, it scrapes the floor, making a very irritating noise. While this may seem trivial, it becomes very annoying while trying to enjoy your meal.
Floor dirty with a few wrappers, also at none of the wendys in this area of town do I see workers wearing gloves on a make line, I thought this was a no-no situation and what sets you apart from mcdonalds and other businesses? which require such.
I mean all forbid you go and accept handle cash at the register then go to handling my food afterwards without washing hands...Oh wait you did.
I had a mobile order that I submitted while I was in the parking lot. I waited a minute and then proceeded to the drive through speaker. Told them my name and pulled up to the window. I got my drinks and was pulled forward. I waited about 7 minutes and then was handed my bags. Not a single item was fresh or hot. Warm at best, if not cold. I ordered a 10 pc spicy nugget, a spicy chicken sandwich, and 3 biggie bags. The fries were warm, the spicy sandwich was cold and tough, the burger patties were old, and so were the nuggets. I get that it's Easter, but don't cook so much food at a time knowing you won't have as many customers.
