Highly recommended. This Wendy's never disappoints always has fresh food and fast service.
Ordered the Dave Single, everything was fine till i found a hair. This hair was well over 5 inches long and blonde, went through the burger and bun. Absolutely disgusting.
I decided to grab breakfast. I ordered the biscuits and gravy meal, as my side, I ordered apples. In my apples was a fly. He was missing his leg. It was at the bottom of the cup. He was still alive and flying around inside the apples. The website lists a chat feature you can use for customer service, but it doesn't actually work when you click on it.
This was enough to make me sick. I know you could miss things, but it leads me to wonder how many flies are in the kitchen if they don't even notice them in the food.
The woman who took my order was very sweet and got my order correct. Super helpful and very nice staff.
My husband picked up Wendy's on the way home and they shorted his order by one hamburger. He ordered 4 and got 3. This gets old. By the time you drive home, no one wants to get back in the car to get the forgotten hamburger. I encourage everyone that uses the drive through to stop and count the order before you leave the window. I don't know any other way to prevent. btw, I tried to call them to at least tell them, and no one answered the phone. I think they should know how careless their employees are. We paid the price. So disappointed.
Yesterday evening, we ordered just 2 salads from drive through and one of them was incorrect. Guess I should have checked, but it was a pretty easy order. Not worth going back.
This place used to be impressive. I always go there to get chicken nuggets for the dogs. For the last several times, we've had to wait in line for 20 minutes on average. And that's with just two cars in front of us. On more than one occasion, the people behind me just left. They are losing business. I told the girl at the window that people were leaving and she just ignored me--didn't care in the slightest. The entire staff looked high as a kite. I think I'm done with this place. Kind of a disgrace to where they were and how far they've fallen in such a short amount of time.
We visited Sat Feb 10, '24 and had a great experience. We ate inside. The restaurant was very clean and well kept, the woman who took our order was very nice and my daughter and I had a delicious lunch. I'm glad they have the vanilla frosty again. The ghost pepper spicy chicken sandwich was ????????
