Wonderful Springfield Ohio art at Wendy's. Cashier could be a little nicer but besides that. The food was delicious the drinks were cold and fresh. Seeing art work that the community has done while we eat is a nice coming environment.
This store was just renovated and me personally do not like it. I like how it was originally. They should’ve kept it. The customer service was ok. Now the main reason why I came to Wendy’s was because I heard they had Sprite remix and it’s true! It’s a pretty good beverage.

I've been going to this location for over 30 years. I think it will always be there.
It's been renovated since my last visit.
Fast and friendly service. My town (north of Springfield) has NEVER served me fresh fries... ever. It's a nice change. ????
The restaurant was clean and neat.
We'll be moving to the area soon.
It's nice to know we will have a nice Wendy's near us now.
The ladies in the drive through are amazing. It's the same crew everyday. They are great with getting my order perfect. The food is good. And the crew is always polite. Thanks ladies, you rock! Your ice tea is the best!
Baconator was perfectly prepared (crispy bacon, juicy burgers, not a lot of grease) fries were hot and not heavy in salt. Excellent service at drive-thru by a friendly young lady!
Twice now I went thru the drive through and waited in line forever to order one chicken sandwich. That’s it. The first time I got a single with cheese. ???? this time I checked my sandwich and it was wrong AGAIN! It’s a chicken sandwich folks. And then they all wanted to touch my sandwich asking me what I want on it as the lady was fingering everything! WTH is wrong with people! It’s a simple sandwich! They got my money and my food. I’m done going with Wendy's on limestone.
Like dude it shouldn't be that hard to take an order and get it right. They had messed up everyone's order again! I've given them 3 tries and whoever makes the food and checks it SUCKS ! NOT WORTH SPENDING MONEY AT ALL!
The two large Chilies we received were watery and not hearty at all. The meat and beans were negligible and not there. I don’t know if it wasn’t stired up before it was dipped up or just missing altogether. It was not as we have received from Wendy’s in the past.
