By far THE WORST place to order from. I've ordered there many times giving them chances but theu ALWAYS forget an item or multiple items. When I called one time to ask about it the Uber driver had the phone on speaker and sole lady working there said it's not her problem and that she's busy. NEVER EVER order from this place
Dined in on a Wednesday evening & the food and service were both great! We actually left Sonics because the service was extremely SLOW! I'm so glad we did. Our order was correct, the food was hot and the frosties were ????! They had plenty of workers on shift which I thought contributed to the great service.
We ordered a double bacon burger meal with a Sprite and a classic chicken sandwich. The burger was a single with ONE piece of bacon, and was smashed. The fries tasted burnt and the Sprite was nothing but carbonated water.
The chicken on my sandwich was so burnt that it wasn’t edible. Worst meal I’ve EVER had from any Wendy’s (which most normally have really great food). Tried to call several times but no one would answer the phone. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.
Today on Aug. 13th, I was going in to eat and while I was in there the cashier started yelling a kid and the dad was asking her what was wrong and she proceeded to yell at the family. As she was yelling at the family she went from behind the counter acting like she was going to fight the mom because the mom was very upset about the situation, understandably, even though the mom had a BABY IN HER HANDS. The cashier was being VERY rude and disrespectful to the children and parents. In my opinion, if you act like that in customer service, you don’t need to be in customer service. I didn’t get a chance to get her name because I just left. She was a fully grown adult well into her 40s. Shouldn’t be acting like a child. Smh.
Workers are really rude yelling at an innocent child. The woman should be fired. never going there again so disrespectful my brother-in-law was trying to calm the situation down, but all she kept doing was yelling and not letting him talk. My sister-in-law got really upset of what she was doing, and she confronted her. Then the worker stepped out of her work zone to my sister-in-law. At the time my sister-in-law was holding her child.
Honestly if I could give a review without giving them a star I would. We ordered our food before arriving and was told we would have to come inside to collect our food. When we walked inside our food was maybe 5 feet from the chick running the drive-thru just sitting on the counter. This is not the only thing this location had done; they get food wrong, they forget food, among other things. I hope they fix all their issues
i specifically asked for extra ranch and they gave me no ranch. ruined my whole night. then i go to take a sip of diet coke and it was just brown, nasty carbonated water. literally just wanted ranch and a crispy diet coke with my burger. i’m so upset.
If I could leave a review without a star I would. Ordered thru the app get there isn't done yet then one of my burgers was wrong, took it back not just once or twice but 3 times and all 3 times it was wrong. It's not that hard to read an order but to mess up 3 times smdh.. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK!
