Best WLM Reviews
Worst ever. They got a order through drive through for 10 burgers, and told us they couldn't take any orders at counter because they were busy. Unbelievable! This place gets worse all the time, and it don't seem like they care.
Pretty good meal I have to say. Purchased the New Orange Dreamsicle frosty, Big bacon classic and a blueberry pomegranate lemonade. Drive thru was pretty long but it went by fairly quick. $12.78 for all three items.
The employees at this Wendy's restaurant were so friendly and polite. This, unfortunately, has become a rare quality for a fast food restaurant these days. It's very refreshing to be able to receive really good service.
Just went through drive through. Got 2 Dave's doubles and a 10 pc nug. Got home no nuggets. My gfs burger was fine....mine had about a foot long fkin hair in it. Never been more disgusted in my life.
I was in mid chew and felt something odd, spit out the bite and at first I thought it was an uncut piece of cabbage but it was a piece of paper that separates the raw meat. Tried calling the store but no one answers. I filed a complaint online.
This place needs to be shutdown they need need new managers I get get at 850pm the doors are already locked like always and the workers let people walk up front of you line this is a drive thru not a walk through the should have made them walk all the way around to order he a hold of this .....
We came in at 8:45 Wed. pm on 6/19/24. First they acted like we could only order if we pd by card, said they had no $1 bills, we pd with exact cash. My husband and I ordered, they told our son he would have to wait just a min. He stood up there for no less than 10 min. while the cashier worked on a door dash order. The problem is, the "manager" walked by him several times not doing anything and did not help him or anything. My son finally got very frustrated and refused to order after that. The manager is Not manager material, and will definitely lose business with work ethics like this. No apologies, nothing. Reevaluate who you hire to manage your franchise, it can make or break you.
Ordered in the drive thru when we got to the drive thru box was told your going to have to wait which is fine but the way she spoke was incredibly rude and off putting after waiting almost 10 minutes to get to the window the food was wrong pulled back around had to wait almost another 10 minutes just to speak to someone then after I let her know I had ordered 1 sandwich which was supposed to be plain she then preceded to argue with me telling me that’s not what I ordered when i told her that my receipt said one was supposed to be plain then she very rudely just said pull up and then handed me the bag with no apologies or even a word spoken very unhappy with my experience I understand being understaffed and over worked but working in customer service myself there is never a reason to be disrespectful with customers and arguing with them about what they claim was my mistake when I very clearly had the proof it was incorrect I will not be back
