Food was what you'd expect. The service though was awful. Missing a sauce and ketchup for my order. When we asked for it, the lady grabbed a handful of ketchup and passed it through the window aggressively and then slammed the window door shut. If you had given the sauce to us like we had asked when we ordered our food, we wouldn't have needed to bother you. Terrible customer service. So inconvenienced by something so trivial. We were the ones inconvenienced, not you. You get paid to give us our order properly. Terrible experience. I guess that's okay when you're paid above minimum wage to act like a child.
While the food is solid, during breakfast, they'll ALWAYS ask you to pull forward to park. I think its to trick the drive-thru timer?
Its pretty annoying that they consistently ask to always park us, even for extremely simple orders with nobody before and after me. Aside from that, their actual customer service is pretty solid and are reliable in terms of food. Just... the breakfast "pulling forward" habit is extremely annoying.
Food always turns out pretty good but the staff is pretty pathetic. I get a mobile breakfast order almost everyday, I read off my screen the name is says for the order and they constantly are so confused. When you pull up to the window they always ask you to pull forward to trick the timer but then they also just take forever to make the food since they aren’t timed. You can select condiments on the mobile order system and they actually miss those condiments 100% of the time and when they bring it out to you they never ask if you want condiments so I never really have a chance to get a damn ketchup packet. The staff just seem like they do not want to be there as well. I mean I get it, jobs suck but they are on a whole different level.
My granddaughter and I went in. Sit down meal in the air conditioning. She had a cheeseburger kids meal and I had a pretzel bacon burger. Everything was freshly made and delicious, with a friendly atmosphere. So we decided to also order their signature soft serve ice cream cones. Swirls (half chocolate and half vanilla) are the best!
I went here late at night last week after a concert. The place was packed and my car had separate orders which a lot of things. The people I were with kept requesting extra things and the worker Cuahtemoc there was so sweet and patient with us. Not once did he seem like he was frustrated or overwhelmed by all the busy patrons. Cuahtemoc’s customer service was amazing. Thank you for the great experience.
They didn't 'sell' small combo meals, forcing the up charge to medium. Had the chicken club sandwich, the texture of the chicken was pretty off and not appetizing. The drink machine is in need of maintenance as it was spraying the drink everywhere. The staff was mehh, they didn't care.
They asked me to pull out of the drivethru to wait for my order when there were no cars behind me. I sat for 10 minutes and 5 other cars came and went. They finally brought me out a cold bag of burgers. Awful employees who are probably gaming the clock that tracks them on the drive thru.
Wendy's is always a safe bet for a fast food fix. They offer juicy burgers with a variety of toppings, crispy fries, and refreshing drinks like strawberry milkshakes. Plus, their prices are wallet-friendly. Next time you're in the mood for a burger and fries, give Wendy's a try!
