I just ordered an apple pecan salad from this location after sitting in the drive thru line for well over 20 minutes. I finally get to the pickup window for them to tell me that had no grilled chicken for the salad. I was asked if I would like spicy or classic chicken as a replacement. I chose the classic and as soon as I got home I opened the container to see this. They threw a WHOLE piece of overcooked chicken over this nasty old lettuce. There is only ONE piece of an apple in here and 2 cranberries. What a disappointment! They couldnt even cut up the chicken for the salad. Just throw it right on top! Wow! Who does this? This branch is so unprofessional. Its a bunch of kids working in there and the supervisor looks like she doesnt have a clue as to what's going on. I will be contacting cooperate because this is unacceptable. Salads aren't cheap now a days and I expect the quality of my food to be edible. Shame on this Wendy's in Maple Heights on Warrensville Center Road.
Nice service. The dining room was open. The dining room was clean. I had a toddler with me, and high chairs were available. Service was fast. The young lady who took the order was attentive taking my order even though they were busy.
The person talking my order appeared to be a manager. She was very courtesy and respectful. She gave instructions to staff that were loud,disrespectful, and unprofessional. The dining room was disgusting, trash in the floor, dirty tables, the kitchen was the same. No napkins or condiments in the lobby the drive thru was a mile long. It was ample staff. The staff were just playing around.
Asked for a hamburger.... got a cheeseburger. Was watching the girl make my sandwich.. she put in tiny piece of lettuce the size of a quarter... when I asked for more .. I got an attitude back.... scrunchy face. Both girl at till and rhe one making the food had terrible attitudes. Definitely not welcoming. Won't be back to this location.
So I just went to this location at 10:25pm on Oct 9th . And the young lady tells me they are going through shift change and are NOT taking any orders.. really ? Shift change at 10:30 ? I didn’t know you guys were 24 hours. This location has went down the drain since I was growing up going there. The whole staff who was there should be Fired . Poor excuse of employees. Go find something else to do if you don’t want to work.. also someone should tell them it won’t get any easier than this. So if this is the attitude they have at Wendy’s .. smh I feel bad for them . NO STARS

The salads are not that great already. It tasted weird. Not fresh even though it’s made fresh. Then the eye lash made it worse
Very poor management and customer service. No chili, no salads, no baked potatoes. You sit in the drive-thru for 30 minutes before being told you have to enter the building for service. The manager Tasha has a very bad attitude and so do the people that she "so called" manages. Employees look like they need a nap or are all high on something. They stand around like they have nothing to do. The place is dirty and smells like old dirty grease. This location needs to be shut down. If I could give them zero stars I would.
I was wondering why Wendy's is not as busy as it used to be. The food is old and dry. The woman who cashed me out didn't say please or thank you, even though I did. It was 10 pm on a Monday night, but common courtesy is hospitality. I will never go again and will call corporate.
