I went through drive-thru and I ordered a salad without blue cheese and they still added the blue cheese. I called the store three times and they didn’t answer me once. It’s not fair that they don’t give your food right since you have to waste time to go back and get it right.
Bought the garlic Parmesan nuggets and nuggets were super spicy which I didn't ask for spicy but incredibly oily and being the second time purchasing I don't remember them being this oily or spicy . The associate was rude and couldn't understand what was wrong with the food besides that attitude and nasty food I'll stick to McDonald's or jacks that's around the corner . Love Wendy's I'll just purchase down hill instead
just look at my pictures. unbelievable. $7.79 for what looks like a dollar menu burger. the picture from the menu vs the actual burger is embarrassing.
You get cold fries and they get your order wrong you have to take your food back to get it correct and their customer service is awful they can be very rude, and the atmosphere is not so great... But for the people who like Wendy's good for them but I will not recommend
Did a late night run to check out the 'Biggie Bag' and '4 for $4' deals. Got crispy chicken sandwiches, a bacon double stack and chili. Disappointed because we went drive thru only to find out you had to go into the restaurant if paying with card.???? Food was good but fries were not fresh... but the deals were okay for overall value.
Always messing up my order. Not going to this location anymore. They gave me a Dave's single vs 3 patty bacon burger, what I ordered. Coke had no flavor. Fries taste like old grease... Waste of 16 dollars.
Went there around 8:45pm on a Monday, Chili was freshly made and super delicious. Asked for a freshly baked Cinnabon pull apart, they made it right. Store + toilet was Very clean. This Wendy’s is my oasis between Las Vegas and LA. Will come back again.
You stupid idiots. A number 6 on my receipt is a spicy chicken sandwich. Instead you gave me the ranch cheese chicken sandwich which my wife can’t each as she’s allergic to dairy. I could sue you since it’s on my receipt.
