If I could give a 0 I would the employees are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered food was thrown into bag without the lids. Very rude at the drive thru I would definitely recommend the one near rally’s, better service, nicer service, and you won’t get cussed out unlike this place the management is terrible here
I ordered chili, single cheese ketchup only and large drink. This store is the newest in Chillicothe. It's clean and always has the food that's on the menu. The other stores seem like they are always out of chili or French fries.
These people need to learn customer service absolutely rude The guy taking orders at the window was cussing about the customer. The person working at the front counter was absolutely more rude than the guy at the window. The food was cold and you could tell that they hated their job. They should probably not work customer service if that’s how they feel I’m sure I’m not the only one that is giving a bad review on this placewill not return
Ordered to muffin breakfast sandwiches and fried potatoes. Sandwiches were cold, esp the breading. Potatoes were fine. No napkins in the bag.
Havent had Wendy's in a minute. Will be back more often now. Biggie Bag is the bomb. Everything you need for lunch at a great value and fast!
Put cream in our tea, when ask for sweetness. Gave us sweet and low when asked for equal. Had to settle for a grilled chicken wrap because they don't serv a grilled chicken sandwich anymore.
Fast and hot food, everything I'd expect from Wendy's. Hey spicy chicken combo and a dinner bacon cost me $14 so I was a little disappointed in the prices, but everything in this world has gone up. Staff was friendly enough and greeted me when I walked in.
The Newest and Best Wendy’s in Chillicothe
The drive-thru at Chillicothe’s newest Wendy’s is large enough to accommodate large trailers, which is a big plus for vehicles visiting the nearby Rural King, Menards, and Tractor Supply Company stores. The line usually moves very fast, and the food is consistently hot and fresh.
The $5 Biggie Bag is one of the best values on the menu. Right now (October 2023) they are offering a pumpkin spice Frosty that is surprisingly delicious!
