I just finished my emissions inspection on my 2011 Prius. This was my first time using this kiosk, so I didn't know what to expect. The entire process was super easy. I had my Emissions Notice and credit card ready, and I followed the easy instructions on each screen. I was done in 4 minutes. It's $4 cheaper and probably faster than going to a testing station. Easy task to complete for the day. Do it!
I don't want to sound stupid but this is a place that I feel is unnecessary to even evaluate. I am not going to try and criticize or compliment. These people have a tedious job that doesn't qualify them kissing your behind to test YOUR vehicle for OUR environment and safety. They go through a process that is easily monotonous with very little to no excitement whatsoever. I rate this place, literally SAFE!!!!!!
The best place in Maryland, no, no,no the best place in the whole DMV, nice people working on this place, amazing, you spent maybe 30 or 40 minutes maximum, depends the service you are going, for the test take me 5 minutes
The self-service works even if you owe a late fee. Four out of five times I have gone there no one was in line in front of me. Only once was the printer out of paper or had some minor issue but every time I was able to get the emissions checked.
Great option for customers. There's never been a line when I go. Pro tip: locate your OBD Port before you leave home so you can plug right in when at the kiosk.
Very fast and efficient they were very nice and courteous. I love the automated system it only took me about 15 minutes to do a license renewal.
Simple, easy to use. Open 24 hours, which makes it convenient. You can pay with your card.
wasn’t a bad experience. I had no clue what Ivwas doing initially but the step by step directions made it dummy proof. In and out.
