Lovely experience, stayed at The Willows portion very nice. The beds were super comfortable. Rooms were spacious and had a gorgeous view and beautiful patio. I just wish those slots were looser!
We had appointments at the spa which were challenging to get a time we could go and when appointments were available. There were four of us. The facility was nice, the room I had for the treatment was cold and had to ask the technician to turn the AC off. There was no aromatherapy (apparently that was extra). The steam room, jacuzzi and pools were nice, we ordered lunch and spent time by the big pool (which was very cold!). It was difficult to get shade as the umbrellas were small. The service as friendly and efficient. The facility clean. It would have been nice to have sunscreen and moisturizer available after the steam room, jacuzzi and pool - didn’t think to bring my own. We did enjoy a nice time together and the amenities were available to us all day - nice!!
We accepted an offer to stay at the hotel, we recently joined the players club, and were surprised to have so many offers, free play and comps. Joining the club was easy and since I am a veteran was given the Heroes card. We were able to stay in their newer hotel and were very surprised at how nice the hotel, and casino were.
Overdue review. I started going to Viejas about a month or two ago. Really short & quick trips. But my most recent one was by far the best.
It’s always super clean and it smells nice. Plus for me since I am non-smoker.
For the first time I played blackjack at the tables and the dealer was so nice. I didn’t know how to place and he explained it to me. I felt very welcomed and not push away like other casinos.
Beautiful room. King signature suite (ADA). Gorgeous room. But only negative is the refrigerator is a mini bar. You move/touch anything, you bought it. If you want a regular refrigerator, 40 bucks! Not sure if that is per night. Other than that, would definitely stay again.
Hotel is very clean and the casino is enormous. The rooms were a good size, but the beds were extremely soft. The pool is only open 10-7, so if you want to swim make sure you free up the middle of your day. The outlet mall across the street is very convenient and it's easy to find. Parking garage is a bit of a walk to the hotel itself, so if you don't want to use valet, make sure you aren't wearing shoes that will hurt your feet.
Hotel is in a nice location, valet is great, rooms are nice, with a fridge and coffee maker. No microwave. Probably won't return because of that alone. Pool hours are 10-7 so if you want to swim cut out some of your day plans. Way to much $$$ for what you get, but if you want to gamble it might be another good way to throw away some money.
The new additions to the property help elevate your experience. Gas station on property, new bigger parking garage relieves congestion, and the bigger casino floor.
Those are my top 3 additions that i like recently. The air quality has gotten better too. Not likely you walk out smelling like cigarettes anymore.
All staff have been wonderful. Always have been wonderful. I dont think ive ever had any bad interactions with any staff members.
Rooms (especially at The Willows) are always top tier.
I prefer coming here than any other casino
